「Always good hospitality. If possible, restaurant manu update (monthly is the best, quarterly or seasonaly is better) would be more attractive to use dinner at hotel.」

「Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes d’eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Initialement absente dans la douche, puis au lavabo. Malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, seule la douche a été partiellement réparée, avec une pression insuffisante, et le lavabo est resté sans eau chaude. Aucune solution alternative ni geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Une situation décevante pour un établissement de ce niveau」
