「Host was responsive and the property was just close enough to enjoy laconia without a huge price premium. Its a simple cabin, but it did what we needed it to do. Gravel parking lot is not the best for motorcycles if i had to leave constructive feedback. Would rent again.」

「This cabin was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy a fun race weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway! Being just minutes from the track made it easy to attend all the events while still having a personal and quiet place to stay at the end of a long day. It is clean and in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood with a sliver of a view of Shellcamp Pond which is just a short walk away. We cannot recommend this property enough for anyone who is attending races at NHMS, events in Concord...

「We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.」
