「My stay was very good and the hostesses Steph and Erin were super friendly and helpful. From help with pre-ordering breakfast the day before to getting our room instructions. The place was gorgeous and very clean. A very easy place to chill down and rewind. The only thing I would advise for improvement is to remove that staircase window in the twin bedroom as it lets light come in to the room at night even with the curtain closed. Also maybe tint it with privacy film.」

「We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return.」

「When we arrived we found that we had been upgraded to another room. The room was lovely the bed was so comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful but not too far away if you wanted to go out for a meal.」

I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...
