良かった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The key is digital and last night we came back later in the evening and were stuck outside of our room for close to a half an hour trying to navigate the app. It kept not loading or giving error messages. We had to clear our cache in order to get it work. I don’t feel like you should need a stable internet connection and a clear cache to get into a room. It’s really dumb. Otherwise everything was great and the concierge service was great. Honestly finding the building could also have been easier, it wasn’t super clear which building we were in since the office was not in the apartment building where the places are.
