親切な対応でした
急遽宿泊しましたが、スタッフもとても親切で色々な要望に素早く対応して頂けました。 コロナ対策もしっかりされてました。 暖房がなかなか効かず寒かったのが残念ですが総合して良いホテルです。

ゴージャスな雰囲気は無いが、快適に過ごす為の機能と 要素は保証されている。ホテル付近にレストランが少ないため、館内のレストランを利用したが、かなり満足いくレベル。フロントや清掃スタッフも皆さんフレンドリー。

バーリ駅の南側（寂しいほう）にあり、一瞬周囲の安全が気にはなりますが、コストパフォーマンスは高かったと思います。自分はアマルフィにバスで往復し、その日中にナポリに鉄道で移動しました。アマルフィ行きのバスはホテルから徒歩で2-3分のところに乗り場があったので、チェックアウト後にスーツケースを預かってもらい、アマルフィから戻ってきた後、スーツケースをピックアップして鉄道に乗り換えるのも楽でした（ナポリ行きのバスも同じ駅の南側から出発）。浴室にバスタブがついていたのもよかったです。

スタッフの感じは良く部屋は清潔で快適でした。しかしWi-Fiがうまくつながらず使えずに終わりました。朝食は種類が豊富で満足でした。駅からもすぐで便利です。

バーリ駅裏口から徒歩5分だが、駅構内の地下道から階段しかなく、スーツケースなどを持っていると不便。 日曜日は、チケット購入も駅正面口に出ないと買えなかった。 ホテル周辺はレストランも少なく、殺伐としている。 ホテル自体は、清潔で綺麗。朝食も種類があり、美味しい

夜遅くの到着でしたが、駅から近く、フロントの方も親切で助かりました。部屋も綺麗でお洒落でした。朝食はモッツァレラチーズが山盛りでかなり嬉しかったです。一点、シャワーの温度調整ができず残念でした。それ以外は満足しました❗

空港直結の中央駅至近
空港から直通地下鉄のあるバーリ中央駅至近。スーツケース所持での徒歩時間が少ないことは安全面でやや有利。市内バス・近郊電車とも同中央駅が起点になるので便利

Handy for the station, otherwise noisy and very busy area. Hard and fast rule applied to checking in before 3pm. The bar was out of action. The restaurant served a very nice turbot but the serving staff, although efficient, we're not inclined to engage with their customers. The restaurant was also very cold.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant served really good food. The room price was very good. Hotel is close to Train station, close to attractions and restaurants.The room was small, no lotion. TV was not working, the staff changed the remote quickly but the reception for the channels was bad. Only 3 channels work. the shower drained slowly, the tub was filled, the water temperature would go from too hot to too cold. The shower was dripping hours after showering, I had to place a towel in the tub to drown out the sound. You can hear everything from the next room and the streets.

Excellent location right next to train station, very clear rooms, friendly reception, very tasty restaurant (recommended!), and assistance with bags. The garage could use a face lift, making it easier to navigate and cleaner. Very friendly garage attendant!

Extremely convenient to the train station making it a perfect spot to start and end if you’re visiting Puglia and flying in and out of Bari. We stayed there the night we arrived in Italy and the night before we left.. They advertise they will hold your luggage prior to check in if you arrive early but better than that they got us right into our rooms hours before check in super convenient. The area around the train station isn’t amazing but the hotel is clean nice and classy and the restaurant is very good too for inclusive breakfast or a late dinner.

Very bright and modern lobby. Easy check-in. Room was “IKEA” modern style. We attended a promotion, “Live in the Hall” in the lobby bar. Fixed price for a drink and a selection of appetizers. Very congenial staff and a great piano player who allowed me to join in. Buffet breakfast included, with ample choice. Certainly a good place to stay if traveling by train as it is only a short walk from the station.

Best location for train. Literally a few minutes from the station and easy to sight from the main road. Quite clean and comfortable. Only thing missing from a 4 star property - Slippers! Value for money

Utmärkt hotell, dock inte så trevligt läge. Svårt finna parkering i trakten. (Garage fullt vid besöket.) Fint rum, bra sängar, fräscht badrum. Bra personal. Superb frukost! Även utsökt mat till middag. Mycket bra wifi.

Hotel localizado bem próximo da estação central de trens e com acesso fácil a pé para a principal rua do comércio e para a Cidade Velha. Tivemos um problema com o nosso quarto e fizeram prontamente a troca e com upgrade. Café da manhã e jantar muito bons. Estacionamento disponível no hotel por 10 euros por noite. Equipe atenciosa.

The hotel is situated close to the central station (3 mins walk). Another 2 minutes and you're in the center with all the shops. The old city center (Bari Vecchia) is only a 20 minutes walk away, just like to the sea shore boulevard. Rooms are large enough, very clean and well-equipped. Quality of the bed was good. Breakfast is included and overwhelming, so many options. Staff is friendly and always willing to help (i.e. offering cappucini during breakfast). I would choose this hotel again when travelling to Bari again.

The short walk from the station to the hotel made our arrival and departure hassle-free. While the hotel's location was a bit distant from the city center, it wasn't a major issue for us as we had chosen this hotel primarily for its convenience to the train station. We understood the trade-off and were prepared for a slightly longer commute to the city's attractions.
