Casa Eos - with a shared pool

Casa Eos is a bright, 65-square-meter apartment located in Torre a Mare, a charming and relaxing coastal neighborhood just outside Bari. The apartment, ideal for families or small groups, opens onto a cozy living room equipped with a sofa, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and opens onto a spacious first-floor balcony.

The sleeping area is designed to offer maximum comfort and consists of a master bedroom furnished with a double bed (160x190 cm), a TV, and private access to a second balcony with a stunning ocean view, as well as a second bedroom featuring a single bed with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed.

Rounding out the property’s amenities are a private indoor parking space (suitable for a compact car) and access to a pleasant shared community pool, open seasonally from June through the second Sunday in September, for which swim caps are required.

Important note on waste management: The neighborhood has a “door-to-door” recycling service. To make your stay easier and help you follow local rules correctly, you’ll find a weekly collection schedule already posted inside the apartment, available in both Italian and English.

Torre a Mare is an ancient fishing village renowned for its small harbor, its 16th-century watchtower, and, above all, for its vibrant culinary tradition, featuring excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood, bars, and after-dinner spots. Casa Eos is perfectly located for those seeking a peaceful stay by the sea without sacrificing the conveniences of the city: the center of Bari, with the wonders of Bari Vecchia and the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, is about a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, its proximity to the state highway makes it easy to explore the gems of the Apulian coast, such as the famous Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
