写真の建物と画像が違っていて　チェックイン等も全てオンラインのみ。スタッフは居てなくて　どうしていいのか？かなり謎でした。語学が堪能で無いとこのホテルのチェックインや部屋の入り方など難しすぎて…アナログな方には向かないかな…

We found parking on the street and only stayed overnight, we were told the parking garage was 20 minute walk and would have been more $. Had trouble connecting to check in. But directions were easy and they answered my what’s app messages quickly when I had questions! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

No parking affiliated with the property, not even a paid garage. No front desk, just WhatsApp. Staff logs off at 6pm. There is an emergency phone number where you can leave a voicemail but you can’t speak to a person. The water was shut off and I left several voicemails sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Expedia was very helpful but couldn’t reach them either. They helped me switch hotels at midnight and offered me compensation so that I didn’t have to pay extra for the second room. It’s a shame there is no management for these rooms because it’s a perfect location. The staff was very apologetic the day after.

Absolutely not recommended! The rooms are below average with no comfort at all. Trash collection starts early in the morning, followed by supermarket deliveries, and tourist noise continues until 2 AM. Unbearable from start to finish — the worst stay in Bari.

Soggiorno a Bari

Ottima posizione, centrale rispetto ai servizi in città e molto prossima a Bari vecchia (centro storico). Purtroppo il check-in va fatto in un'altra posizione in città in luogo trafficato con difficoltà di parcheggio. La stanza ha vecchie finestre con vetri singoli che la rendono poco isolata termicamente (freddina...) e rumorosa. Inoltre, lo scaldabagno per l'acqua calda sanitaria alimenta evidentemente altre stanze poichè si attiva rumorosamente in vari momenti della notte.

Perfect location close the old town and walkingdistance to railwaystation. A lot of traficnoise. Nice to have boiler and fridge. An absolut OK stay, but the room was a bit shaddy though clean. Probably an old apartment cheaply rebuild to rooms. Save the link that you get in mail, to be able to open gate, apartment and room! Openingroutine works perfectly. No staff except cleaning.

Did not receive the room we booked and paid for, management refused to provide the correct room even after conceding they had made a mistake, we sought a refund and were told it was not possible.

very convenient for station and ferry terminal. Please be aware though, this is a very noisy hotel so don't book if you are a light sleeper. The window was single glazed and the room overlooks a very busy street that seemed to be the epicentre of local nightlife with crowds in the street and live music from nearby bars. Had a slightly strange check-in experience - this hotel has no reception and says they email you instructions in advance. I never got the instructions and was lucky that I arrvied while the cleaner was there and she actually let me in and gave me my room key

The host did not communicate chech-in procedure prior to arrival. They provided only the 4-digit PIN to open the INTERIOR door, nothing about how to gain entry to the building. The client must receive a link via Whatsapp to connect to the web in order to gain access from the street. I spent 20 minutes outside the door, on a busy street, communicating with the host before gaining entry.

​"Great Location, That's About It" ​This apartment's location in Bari was fantastic, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We encountered multiple issues from the moment we arrived. ​The apartment's main door lock was broken, which we discovered after unpacking. The door could literally be pushed open, posing a major security risk. The balcony was not much better; it was tiny, dirty, and didn't lock either. ​Inside, a strong, unpleasant smell—like cat urine—was noticeable. The bed was also broken, slumping significantly to one side. I ended up sleeping on the couch while my wife took the bed. ​The check-in process was also a hassle. We wasted an hour after a long travel day trying to locate a lockbox for a manual key. Communication with the owner was done via WhatsApp and was not very clear, which only added to the confusion. ​Unless you're truly desperate, I would recommend skipping this apartment. The combination of security issues, cleanliness problems, and poor communication made for a very disappointing stay.

Bari…rumorosa!

Due aspetti molto positivi di questo posto: la posizione e le signore delle pulizie e dell’assistenza. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. La stanza era grande come anche il bagno. Purtroppo la grande pecca è stato il rumore. Sia dentro l’appartamento (ma quello dipende molto dalla maleducazione degli ospiti che pur tornando in piena notte sbatte le porte) e sia dall’esterno, fino all’alba gente e mezzi che passano per strada si sentono tantissimo e pur non avendo un sonno leggerissimo mi hanno svegliato due notti su tre e più volte. Stessa cosa se non peggio di giorno cosa che ha inciso di meno perché in stanza di solito quando si fa i tirati ci si sta poco ma è importate sapere che almeno le stanze che danno verso la strada (3 su 4) sono rumorosissime. Ultima cosa: quando ho prenotato viaggiando in macchina mi ha allettato molto ciò che c’era scritto riguardo il parcheggio: “parcheggio disponibile”. Assolutamente falso nel senso che i parcheggi in strada sono pochissimo ed a pagamento dalle 8:30 alle 20:30 a 2 € l’ora (domenica esclusa). Altri parcheggi sono più lontani quindi parcheggio disponibile scrivetelo almeno quando è semplice trovarlo!!!

When entering the hallway it looked amazing. White marble floors and stylish paintings. Then a 3 step to get to a elevator (i didnt use it cause i used the stair that is aside) Then entering the apartments. It looked clean and stylish. My room, with a queensize boxspring with two stand aside closets, good pressured floating water in the bathroom, a tv (wich doesnt have international channels, but they never do), a bureau with chair, chair and closet. The doors to the balcony have wooden panels to shut the windows and that makes it real dark inside so perfect if you want to rest. Clean towels that smells amazingly fresh AND the cleaners come EVERY DAY and renew them. Yes.. there are things to improve, but these are small.. The largest they need to look at is the doorpost of the bathroom from the inside seen. It seems there is some water damage on the post and behind the toilet it looks a little bit rushed, wile the rest of the bathroom looks smooth. But beside that i am very pleased by the room of Central Rooms. Then the location.. This hotel is very well located. In front of the door litterally a bus stop. Neighbours are a 24 hour drink/snack booth and on the other side a supermarket and beside that a chicken restaurant/snack corner. Across the street restaurants and around the corner starts the old city where the Saint Nicholas Bastilistic is. Around the corner a modern shopping street that goes all the way to Central Station of Bari.

Intanto entrare è un rebus, se arrivi fuori orario. Per ritardo dell'aereo sono arrivato a mezzanotte e non riuscivo a entrare. Ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria per avere aiuto: siamo al giorno dopo, ho lasciato la struttura (sono entrato grazie alla disperazione del sonno che avevo) ed ancora devo essere chiamato. In bagno tante confezioni di shampoo ma nessuna saponetta: per fortuna le avevo con me, dono di peecedenti alberghi più generosi. Per il resto, la camera era pulita, come anche le lenzuola ed il letto era confortevole. Presente un vero Phon, non quei giocattoli presenti, in genere, negli alberghi, attaccati allo specchio. Dovrebbero, secondo me, essere "più presenti", se uno è in difficoltà.

Ohne handy geht gar nichts. Parken ist schwierig, ein Parkhaus in der nähe verlangt 40 Euro für 24 Stunden. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist super.
