El departamento esta limpio aunque está muy descuidado, viejo y sin remodelar, por lo mismo huele muy mal por la tubería del baño, La ubicación esta literal en frente de las vías del tren (por lo que escucharás mucho ruido), la zona es algo oscura e insegura en la noche, Bari Vecchia esta caminando a 20 minutos, hay locales muy cercanos (por la estación de tren) para comer, buena disposición y comunicación con el establecimiento (todo vía WhatsApp ), para llegar al hotel se recomienda tener celular y datos activados para recibir instrucciones y códigos para entrar al cuarto m, porque son cerraduras inteligentes. Lo que vale la pena es el balcón con sol aunque no tiene buena vista, tiene refrigerador y no tiene cafetera como venía en la foto.

Was good pleasant stay. Bit strange the hotel practically has not reception, but the person first day was very kind in their office. Also to open apartment doors etc we need mobile. If battery is dead we will be stuck outside.. because they dont have reception. Room was very nice. One thing, there were no cups only hot water boiler.. no idea what shall we do only with hot water. As there was no coffee packet etc. Other than that nice location near city center .. nearby shops etc.

Única vantagem bemmm próximo da estação de trem para fazer uns bate e volta , uns 15 minutos caminhada p o centro histórico. A limpeza é unicamente colocar papel higiênico e arrumar cama. O frigobar é muuuuuito pequeno,mal cabe duas garrafas de água pequenas. Colchão péssimo, precisa ser trocado. Enfim não recomendo.

Il balcone grande, stanza non curata letto piccolo,l'altro letto era una branda. Sul balcone solo una sedia, attacapanni rotto bagno scomodo senza niente per attacare un asciugamano porta rotoli carta igienica rotto. Invece dell'armadio c'è un mobile che non serve. Comodini brutti sporchi anche i muri sporchi.

It was a comfortable stay that was flawless in gaining entry to the unit and follow-up from staff to ensure we got to the right place. It’s close to the train station (5 minutes away) which is what we needed to make our connection. Also, there is a large choice of restaurants in the area.

Great place to stay to explore Bari

My wife and myself love this area of Bari. It gives us easy access to the station for day trips. We love the balcony which is high enough above the street not to have too much noise. We found the rooms & beds comfortable which made for a good night's sleep.

Super sejour, garder le telephone chargé.

Le truc à savoir c'est que pour accéder à l'appartement il faut avoir un smartphone avec du réseau. Just be aware that you need a smartphone with mobile data to use the apartment. Don't run out of battery!!

Great choice for transport options

This was the 2nd time we used this accommodation. Interestingly more hanging space for 2 people than in the room with 3! Great to have a balcony.

Good basic accommodation in the heart of the city!

We arrived very late- around 1.30am because of a late flight. Good that we had key codes to get in. It was great having a balcony - our niece loved it! We were only there 2 nights but limited clothes space would be an issue if we were staying longer.

Big problems

We had such a big problem with entrance. We got the code witch did’t work. We tryied to contact with the owner , but nobody answer us about midnight . We were alone with 4year child on the night in Bari. The owner didn’t tell us morę information about number of apartment and the floor !

Dishonest management, do not book

I arrived by night and was told that this was no problem as they had an electronic lock that you could open with an app. When I arrived, this did not work and I was unable to open the door. I was also told they had a 24hr phone service, but when I tried calling it went straight to an automatic reply. This led to me having to find a new hotel at 00:30, which was quite an upleasant experience in a foreign country. When confronted with the situation they admitted that they have had problems with the lock and that this was not the first this had happened. I would have been happy just getting a refund for the first night, since it was never possible for me to enter the door. After ignoring my emails I understood they had no intention of refunding me, and finally the offered me a voucher for night to be used within a year. I have no plans on going back to Bari, so this proposal was completely worthless to me. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in my life and I strongly advise you to find another place to stay.

Leider nicht überzeugend!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Corso Cavour 184. Die Bilder auf der Webside sehen wesentlich besser als die Wirklichkeit aus. Ein altes Gebäude, das Zimmer sehr klein mit einer winzig eingebauter Nasszelle. Generell alles sehr alt und teilweise desolat. Nach dem Eingang ein kleiner Vorraum welche in 2 Appartements führt, die Tür zum gebuchten Appartement 1 ist von außen beim Verlassen nicht abschließbar. Vom Zimmer der direkte Blick auf eine wohl nachträglich gebaute Autorampe für eine Brücke. Unter Corso Cavour hat man eine gewisse Vorstellung, auf keinen Fall der Blick aus dem 2. Stock auf eine Brückenauffahrt. Positiv die zentrale Lager in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und das gleich neben der Wohnung befindliche Büro der Komforthotel Verwaltung. Das Büro ist sehr bemüht und bietet auch Möglichkeiten Gebäck zwischen zu deponieren. Unser 1. Versuch einmal nicht im Hotel zu nächtigen war somit nicht erfolgreich. Unserer Meinung nach nur eine 1 Sterne Kategorie.

Pictures can be deceiving!! Avoid.

Awful, dated "suite" in a converted apartment. Damp and crumbling plaster in one corner, where it sounded like the neighbouring room's shower was actually in our room! Paper thin walls so we could hear all of the arguments in the other rooms. Hotels.com failed to send check in instructions so we had to find someone at the office out of hours to get checked in. Dodgy neighbourhood near the train station, nice balcony but overlooking a busy dual carriage way. Avoid!

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprire le porte con maniglie automatiche on line e anche se la camera era carina la pulizia non era ottima anzi trovato capelli in doccia appena arrivati e ganci per ascigamani tutti mezzi staccati altra cosa che però è soggettiva era la mancanza di persiane o tenda oscurante in camera da letto . Zona poco sicura per il parcheggio . Per il resto biancheria cambita tutti i giorni e zona comoda vicino al centro

Unglaublich tolles Apartment

Unser zimmer war super. Riesengroß mit einer schönen Terrasse und einem riesigen Fernseher. Sehr geräumiges Bad dazu. Check in and out lief online total unkompliziert. Bahnhof ist direkt um die Ecke sowie das Zentrum. Wir waren absolut zufrieden!
