Do you enjoy spaces that are warm and welcoming in nature? If so, you are going to enjoy this cozy home! This home is centrally located to many great Bardstown attractions that you'll never want to leave. At a little over 1200 square feet, it is small, but it will feel large due to the simplistic and free flowing layout for you and your friends and family.

The highlight of this home is the Barrel Room. In that room you'll find dedicated pictures of 6 historic distilleries (Heaven Hill, Four Roses, Willett, Jim Bean, Buffalo Trace, and Woodford). I would highly encourage you to grab your favorite bourbon and enjoy a few sips while being surrounded by history! Unfortunately, the bourbon doesn't come with your stay (sad face)!

Once you enter, you'll be welcomed into the living room. Feel free to take off your shoes and make yourself at home. I know it's been an exhausting day of travel, so feel free to prop your feet up and turn on Netflix.

In the two back bedrooms, you will find luxurious QUEEN size beds. It can sleep 1. It can sleep 2. However, I wouldn't try for 3! Inside the very large closets you can hang all of your clothes.

Back towards the living room, you will find a bunk room that has a full size bed on the bottom as well as a twin on top. The top is made to support over 400lbs!

Once you've made it to the kitchen, you'll find that it is fully stocked with pots and pans in order to create that dish you've been wanting to try! If your dish isn't as good as you hoped (it will be delicious), you are 10 minutes to some great local restaurants that call Bardstown home.

Throughout the house, you will find all the amenities you might need - big and small. Let me know if you don't see what you need!

You will have access to the entire home. There is free parking on the driveway that fits 4 cars. You can either enter from the front or side door with your access code.

There are a few security cameras outside the house (front door and facing the driveway). All of these cameras are to ensure a secure premises throughout the entire property.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on-site (front door and back yard) and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
