Everything was as advertised. We were able to check in 15 minutes early but it does require you know exact timing or notification if it changes. Terrace was lovely even in mid-50s and we listened to the NYE fireworks. Great supermarket about 15 minutes walk; convenience stores even closer. Able to walk to many of the important sites.

This apartment was fantastic! I love the style and the layout of it! The ceilings were amazing!! We loved the balcony patio! We spent lots of time out there, even though there wasn’t much of a view, but it was a lovely outdoor space. And the location of this apartment was great. Thank you for a great stay. Would definitely rent it again!!

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in a Great LocationWe stayed here for two nights at the end of our Mediterranean vacation after our cruise before flying home. Our group of six adults had plenty of space, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.We especially loved the outdoor terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while chatting with friends. The location offered easy access to the metro, and BCN conveniently arranged our transportation to the airport.Just a tip for future guests: arrange transportation ahead of time, as rides can be quite expensive in Barcelona. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in the Eixample neighborhood. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Barcelona with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The high ceilings gave the space an airy, elegant feel that’s so characteristic of Barcelona’s architecture. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our group. The real highlight was the outdoor terrace - we spent many evenings there enjoying drinks and the Barcelona atmosphere.The Eixample location meant we could easily walk to major attractions while staying in a authentic neighborhood setting. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again on future visits to Barcelona.

The apartment was exactly as described, and the pictures were accurate. It was well appointed with pots, pans, towels, etc. Only shampoo, no lotion or cream rinse.The washer/dryer combo was a bit confusing, so we hung out our clothes to dry.Great location, and able to walk to most everything. Grocery store nearby as well as coffee shops and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment well exceeded our expectations. It was close to everything Loved the little coffee shop right outside the apartment. We were able to walk to everything. It was extremely clean the linens on all the beds were extremely comfortable. It was plenty of room for five of us. We were traveling with our three sons 21, 19 and 16 . It was the first place we stayed traveling to Spain. It set very high expectations for our next VRBO’s in Spain!

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN BARCELONA AT BCN 41. THE UNIT WAS ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND WE LOVED THE BALCONY! OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE NOISE, WHICH IS CLEARLY DEPENDENT ON WHO ELSE HAS RENTED THAT WEEK AND OUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WERE A BIT LOUD LATE INTO THE NIGHT. NOT BCN’S FAULT AND WE DIDN’T LOG A COMPLAINT DURING OUR STAY. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT WITH MANY RESTAURANTS, ATTRACTIONS NEARBY AND THE CAFE DOWN STAIRS WAS KEY FOR OUR MORNING COFFEE. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS- WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE KEYLESS ENTRY, AND THE KITCHEN SINK WAS NOT GREAT AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.

Awesome flat for a week in Barcelona

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. The building is close to most major attractions, and in the middle of a lovely place to live (for a few days or forever). This apartment was well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Will recommend this to all my friends.

Beautiful Apartment, Excellent Location

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Check in process was seamless. Apartment is clean, beds really comfortable and it was very quiet. Junior helpfully arrange a very early taxi van back to the airport. There are several grocery markets within a block. Two train stops nearby. And, of course, many terrific restaurants and cafes within walking distance, including a a delicious french bakery two doors down. Thank you!
