Won't stay here again
The customer service in front is awful. In my room, I was not able to use WiFi even thought it was available in reception and 2/3 floor. When I complained to the guy in the front, he told me it is not his job to resolve this issue, and kindly advised me it is same that whether you use WiFi in reception or your room. How it could be same if I use WiFi in private area and public area? Then the guy suggested me that I should go to front in tomorrow morning again. Then I went to the front again, the new guy told me they can change my room to 2/3 floor where WiFi is available, but they asked me to pack my luggages and put in the luggage storage in the 1st floor. Well, when I brought my luggages to there, it was almost public area which doesn't look secure at all, furthermore, there are lockers which cost 2 EURO to use it!! The price is not a matter, why I need to pay additional fees because of their issue, even they guranteed WiFi is available in room on the boking page? Then, when I complained again, they said it is okay to put my luggages in my room, then they will bring them to the new room when it is ready. The most horrible thing was when I backed to the hotel again, they gave me a new room on the 5th floor where was still not able to use WiFi!! I really don't know how much time I wasted. Really cannot recommend to stay at this hotel, unless you want to pay and experience the awful customer survice.

部屋が寒かった
まず、行き着くことが大変でした。前の旅行先でホテル名で検索、写真をよく見ていきましたが、それが間違いのもとでした。向かい側の通りにもランブラスの名前を冠したホテルがあります。入口の上にある建物名を見ながらでないと見つけられません。建物は光を取り入れるために内側は四角形の中庭になっているようですが、この内側に面した部屋でした。直角に折れ曲がる部屋で片方はベッドに窓、カーテン有り。片方はトイレとバス。ここの窓はカーテンが無く外からバスがシルエットで見えてしまいます。最初、入るのやめようかと思っていましたが、結局、電気をつけずにベッド側の漏れる明かりで風呂に入りました。ヒータを入れてから練るまでの時間が短かったせいのあり、寝るときの部屋の温度は21.6度でした。朝食はすばらしいとの評判ですが、標準のビュッフェよりいいかな？ぐらいでした。WIFIは相変わらずロビーまで行かないと使えません。不便でした。地の利はありますが、も少しお金を出して、別のホテルの方がいいと思いました。

It's was ok for one night. But I feel very unsafe, because it's have a lot people around the area. It could be a lot of security on the premises.

The room was clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The overall property needs refurbishing. There are no hand rails in the tub areas and some tubs require going up steps so hand rails would be nice. The phones did not work between rooms. The overall effect was shabby. When we checked in the clerk wanted our confirmation and would not look for our reservation with out it. He was very condescending and rude. I would not stay here again.

Fabulous location for cruise liners, all amenities from shopping, eating, beaches and sight seeing. Excellent reception staff. Always gave us travel info. Airport metro lines all written down from where to get on. What colour line. Direction, really grateful for their help. Even gave me the use of a mobile charger which i forgot to pack. Highly recommended this gem of a jotel.

The property is in the perfect location and has a nice old antique look inside. We loved it. However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on the springs. The hotel has a restaurant which has delicious food, but only had one waiter for all the tables, making the wait pretty long for others. Overall, we felt the hotel was a good choice and we felt safe as well.

We had a terrace view which was spectacular, views the harbour across the Olympic village round to the cathedral and hills, and best of all looking across to the Casa Guell just across from the terrace. Stunning views, great location and extremely helpful staff.

Property was nice and we will stay here on our next trip to Barcelona. Check in left something to be desired as reservation said check in was at 1:30 pm. We were running on 27 hrs with no sleep when we finally got our room at almost 3 pm.

We stayed in April and they were still on winter and had not switched the a/c from heat and the rooms were a little warm but we loved the hotel!

Loved it here! Right on La Rambla which is close to the train and walking distance to gothic quarter and a El Mercado Boqueria. Do not eat at any of the restaurants on La Rambla though! Tourist trap and rip off, but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. Our room had a beautiful rooftop terrace, although I don’t think they all do so if you want that make sure to specify. The staff was sweet and free breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is simple & very clean. the breakfast was very good with a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful and were always available when we had questions or concerns. it is central to both shopping and entertainment. A good place to stay at an affordable price.

We loved it here. It was in a perfect location so close to so many things. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and they came in everyday and made beds cleaned bathrooms ect. The continental breakfast had everything we wanted for breakfast.

It is conveniently located. It can be a little bit noisy, make sure to get your room in the back of the hotel. Great customer service. Great experience

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden goed aan te lopen zijn. Maar ook het metrostation is dichtbij. Deze hoor je trouwens wel langsrijden, wij ondervonden geen hinder hiervan. Ontbijt was prima, diverse broodjes, broodbeleg, ontbijtgranen, fruit en diverse drankjes. We hadden schitterend uitzicht vanaf balkon over de stad. Twee minpuntjes, in de badkamer rook het iets minder fris. Waarschijnlijk kwam dat door de afvoer. En wij vonden de hoofdkussens een beetje te hard. Maar dat weerhoudt ons niet om nog eens terug te komen

Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr zentral, jedoch extrem laut bis 5 Uhr früh und das jeden Tag, aufgrund alter Fenster. Unter dem Hotel fährt die U-Bahn, welches nicht angegeben war. 1x und nie wieder!

Good but some rooms are very noisy
Good rooms friendly staff, great location BUT Don t get a room facing the street ( room numbers ending by 9 and 10), it is very noisy all the night: disco downstairs and a very busy street.
