The room was clean! Smaller than the pictures made it seem though! We had trouble checking in (user error) but the host was more than helpful! Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner. Didn’t see the free water though.

We loved our stay and will definitely book again should we visit Barcelona again. Only slight negative was only having 1 room key. On check out a couple of lads left their room key in the room and there was no way of getting another at 4am in the morning. Other than this it was clean, warm and cosy. 5 Stars from us

It was a nice place to stay at, good location, and easy to commute to central BCN. Staff were helpful when we needed extra towels. I liked the layout of the apartment. Comfortable bed. The only downside were that the bathroom needed maintenance. The door had had water damage, and there were some dark spots (mold?) that needed to be removed. Other than that I have no complaints.

Monserrat is the best!! Eres las mejor!!

An amazing experience and great location. The best part was dealing with the lovely lady at the front desk Monserrat. She was the friendliest person very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such a committed person as the face of the property.
