Excelente actitud de servicio del personal del front desk, tanto al registrarnos como al salir. No tuvimos agua caliente en la habitación, lo cual fue resuelto con prontitud por ama de llaves y mantenimiento :)

La struttura ha una reception con area ristoro molto carina e ben arredata, le camere sono sufficientemente ampie e pulite anche se i muri necessitano di una imbiancatura. Bagno abbastanza grande con una doccia molto comoda anche se durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con l'acqua calda che si è bloccata più di una volta. Il personale comunque ci ha aiutato al riguardo e ci hanno detto che stavano facendo delle manutenzioni per risolvere il problema. La città di Matarò è abbastanza carina con buoni ristoranti presenti nei dintorni, è inoltre abbastanza comoda per raggiungere Barcellona, solo 25 minuti in auto, non abbiamo sperimentato con i mezzi pubblici.

The property does not look like in the photos on Expedia, but very clean room, friendly staff and good location to catch the train to the City as the hotel is around 200 metres walk from the train Station of Mataro. The beach is also also close to the hotel.

Il a tout d’un grand
Charmant hôtel, très propre, chambre spacieuse avec un matelas dont on ne sortirait pas. Calme. Le personnel aux petits soins, d’une gentillesse incroyable. Il y a restaurant dans l’hôtel avec un buffet fort sympathique ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner, un régal. Cet hôtel a tout d’un grand.
