基本的によい

基本的に滞在には不満ないですが、隣接するレストランの朝食時間が8:30〜でほぼ食べられなかったのと、食べられてもあまり内容は豊富では無く、割高なイメージでした。他は全般的に良いです。

立地最高！Location is really good!

とにかく立地が最高です。最短30秒くらいで最寄り地下鉄駅まで行けますし、カサ・ミラなどバルセロナの有名観光地まで歩いて行くこともできます。ホテル内部は清潔感があり清掃も言うとこなしです。ドライヤーやタオルなどの設備もwebページ記載と差異はなく滞在中困ることはありませんでした。スタッフの気遣いも言うことはありません！ただ、他のレビューにもありましたが、「廊下とのドアがないのか？」というくらい、廊下の音が丸聞こえです。気になる人は気になるかもしれません。私はあまり気にしない、かつ、滞在中耐えられないほどうるさい滞在者がいなかったので影響は特に感じませんでした。あと、部屋の電球が切れかけていてチカチカしているのが気になりました。たぶんスタッフにお伝えすれば対応はしてくれたと思います。指摘するのを忘れていた‥‥ Location is the best. You can go to the nearest subway station in as little as 30 seconds, or you can walk to Barcelona's famous tourist destinations such as Casa Mila. The room is really clean. The facilities such as the hair dryer and towel were not different from the information of any web-page's descriptions, so there was no problem during the stay. staff are friendly! However, although there was also in other reviews, the sound of the hallway can be heard. I didn't care so much and I didn't feel the impact because there weren't too many unbearable visitors during my stay. Also, I was worried that the light bulb in the room was running out and it was flickering. I forgot to point out during my stay.

急な駐車場依頼にも快く対応してくれ、提携の駐車場を紹介してくれました。部屋も広く、キッチンが付いていて便利です。立地も申し分なし。バス、メトロの乗り場がホテルのすぐ近くにあるので、とても便利でした。もしまたバルセロナに行く機会があれば再度利用したいと思えるホテルです。

地下鉄の駅から近く、どこに観光に行くにも便利。大通りからほんの少し入ったところなので治安も問題なし。フロント係は滞在中何人か交代しましたが、どなたも明るく爽やかで、会う度に「オラ！」と元気に挨拶を交わせました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く引き受けてくれ、何も不満はありません。小さなホテルですが、館内は明るくオシャレで部屋も清潔。エアコンは良く効くし、冷蔵庫もよく冷えており持ち込みワインで部屋飲みも（コップとコルク抜きががあれば）OK。とても良いホテルで、不満と言えばトイレットペーパーホルダーがないというほんの些細なものしかありません。併設のレストランは朝は開いていないようでした。朝食は付けなかったので細かいことはわかりません。

スタッフの対応が良い

家族で二泊バルセロナ二泊グラナダしてからの二泊目にこちらのホテルを利用しました。グラナダから帰るまでのスーツケースを預かってくださったので、とても助かりました。部屋も清潔で部屋からカサミラの屋上も見れて良かったです。

世界遺産カサ・ミラが裏から見える

カサミラと同ブロックにあり、部屋でビールを飲みながら世界遺産が見えてとても良い気分でした。部屋の空調はあまりききがよくなく、最強に設定したせいか、バスルームの天井から水漏れすることもありました(途中で水漏れはなくなりました）。サグラダ・ファミリアも徒歩で行けるほどですし、少しグラシア通りを南へ歩けばいつの間にかカタルーニャ広場へ、そしてランブラス通りへ出ます。その間にたくさんの飲食店がありとても便利です。24時間営業の食料品店も同ブロックにあります。ディアゴナル駅からとても近いのですが、出口を間違うととても歩かされるので注意が必要です。またサンツ駅まで2駅と、とても近いです。

良いホテルです

約1週間滞在。ホテルのスタッフも感じが良く、丁寧に対応してもらえました。ロケーションも地下鉄3、5号線の両方乗り入れ駅diagonalからすぐで非常に便利でした。お部屋も綺麗に清掃、ベットメーキングなどもしてくれます。ドライヤーあり、アメニティはボディソープとコンディショナー入りシャンプーのみです。歯ブラシ、スリッパなどはありません。 1階、6階(日本の2、7階)に宿泊者なら誰でも利用できるテラスがあり、ちょっと飲んだりくつろげます。強いて言えばお部屋でお湯が沸かせれば良いかな、と思いました。

最近バルセロナに行く事が続いていましたが、その中でもかなり良いホテルでした。決して広くはないですがホテルのスタッフの方の対応を含めて快適でした。

優れた立地

地下鉄に近く、場所はバツグンです。部屋からカサミラが屋上が見えました。部屋が南向きだったのか、昼間は暑くてエアコンがなかなか効かなかったのと、外からの物音がよく響きました。フロントの方はにこやかでとてもよかったです。

Wir, Familie, hatten super Zimmer bekommen. Es ist sehr sauber. Für einen kurzen Trip, unser war vier Tagen, sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist im Stadtzentrum und zu Fuss Vieles erreichbar. Ansonsten hat es Taxis jede Menge, Metro oder Bus. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder da buchen wollen.

We were fortunate to get the attic room which was top floor and had views of the Pedrera. Unbelievable value for what we paid. Room was massive and clean. It’s central to everything as well. I would be careful with young children as the windows in our room opened completely and there’s no flyscreen or fall protection. Also it was pretty warm in our room which was fine for winter but I would be nervous staying there in the warmer months. We will return to Barcelona and will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is pretty close to major tourist attractions, has great staff (such as Marcelo) who give recommendations if you need help getting around or finding places to eat, and is close to many high-end stores and local boutiques.

The air conditioning did not work. We noticed the front staff immediately after checking in. They said they would have someone look at it, however it never got fixed. It was a hot, muggy night and my family was uncomfortable.

air conditioner broke, no phone to contact the recepcion. No Closet, very very small room. They didn’t make the room and when we asked why, they said we have a sign, do not disturb, IT WAS NOT TRUE. The Staf didn’t care about our complain about the aire conditioner WASN’T WORKING.
