Nice

カサバトリョやカタルーニャ広場、カサミラ、ピカソ美術館、カタルーニャ音楽堂等すべて徒歩で観光しました。地下鉄の駅も近く、大変便利でした。部屋も白で統一されており、清潔感があります。口コミでは狭いという評価がありますが、私達が泊まった部屋は決して広いとは言えませんがお風呂に入るためと寝るための部屋としては十分でした。 eチケットも印刷してくれてスタッフの方々も親切でした。またバルセロナに来るときは利用したいです。 I could walk to Casa Batlló,Casa Milà,Plaça de Catalunya and Museu Picasso,etc... There was a subway around here.It was very convenient.A room was white color,and there was cleanliness.It's said that a room is small by reviews,but it was enough size for us to take a shower and sleep .I'd like to use it.Thank you.

the Hostal Argo is situated between Sagrada Familia and Casa Battló. It is very central in the nice Quater Eixample where one can find a lot of nice places and streets as well as cafés and supermarkets. The Hostal is simple but nicely decorated in a very clean style, all white. So if you are looking for an inexpensive, calm accomodation in Barcelona the Hostal Argo is absolutely recommended.

Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat waren die Parkmöglichkeiten, im Parkhaus zu parken ist sehr teuer. Und ein bügeleisen wäre auch nicht schlecht. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Très bien situé et propre mais en présence de groupes de jeunes bruyants, les nuits peuvent être courtes… Mais globalement Hôtel satisfaisant.

Dear guest,Classifying our establishment as horrible, when we have only complied with the rules established in your reservations, without staying in our hostel, is totally unfair.As previously explained , your reservation is made with the prices on offer and is non - refundable . Making an exception, when the rest of the guests are paying a higher price to obtain a flexible rate, would not be correct.When you make a reservation, you are responsible for choosing and deciding what type of room you want to reserve and what rate and price you want to pay.We always try to respect the decisions of our clients and be fair in their decisions.Regards,

My family and I visited Barcelona for the first time, and the location of Hostal Argo was perfect. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

This is a good place to sleep. It would be better to have AC in the room.

Dear guest ,Thanks for you review . There is a central AC in the hostel which we can control for every room with own temperture . During your stay the temperture in the rooms was between 20º-21º degree ,but if the guests need AC it is not problem for us , only you have to ask on the reception,opened 24 hours . Regards,

전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 방크기도 넉넉하고 바닥도 마루바닥이라 좋았구요. 또 데스크 직원 분들도 친절했어요. 하지만 매일 청소해주긴 하는데 깨끗하다는 느낌은 좀 부족했어요. 방에서 실내용 슬리퍼를 썼는데 간혹 슬리퍼 없이 바닥을 밟았을 때 먼지나 흙이 느껴지는 걸로 봐선 꼼꼼하게 청소하는 것 같진 않았어요. 그리고 전반적으로 내부가 낡았어요. 의자가 망가져 있었고( 다음날 치워 주긴 했음 ) 그외에도 화장대나 침대 등이 낡은 느낌이에요.

This place was amazing, it had everything from private bathrooms to perfect a little kitchen. Convenient location in the middle of everything you need! Will definitely be booking when i come back.

Estimada Anna, Sentimos mucho no cumplir con sus expectativas cuales no compartimos en absoluto , ya que cremos que deben ser basados sobre el the cliente reserva , no a la que uno le gustaría tener .Su reserva es una habitación doble económica con la descripción muy clara ( interior sin vistas ) y es exactamente la habitación recibida . Creemos que como establecimiento nos hemos comportado mas que correctamente con usted , ya que después de entendido su equivocación de reservar una habitación interior y con ocupación 100%, le ofrecimos una habitación superior (triple con balcón y vista a la ciudad ) en un establecimiento de nuestro grupo , sin cargo absoluto . Este hecho es fruto de toda nuestra voluntad , sin obligación ninguna .Es muy triste que no puede valorar nuestro trabajo y gana de tener nuestros clientes contentos y nuestra predisposición de buscar una solución siempre , aunque no seamos responsables de las decisiones de nuestros clientes . Le recordamos que escoger el tipo de establecimiento y el tipo de habitación es responsabilidad del cliente, quien previamente debe informarse de la descripción , ver las fotos de la habitación y decidir si cuadra con la que esta buscando . En cada momento uno debe ser consiente de lo que esta reservando y que esta pagando , es un contrato entre dos partes y si no esta confirme , simplemente no se realiza la reserva .No vamos a cambiara nuestra forma de trabajar por un comentario negativo y seguiremos luchando por el bien estar de nuestro clientes , ya que nuestra experiencia durante muchos años nos demuestra que gran porcentaje de nuestros clientes valoran este esfuerzo .Atentamente,

Très agréable

Très bien situé à 5mn environ du train et du métro.Très bon accueil avec des conseils sur les visites, les restaurants... La chambre avec 4 lits et sa salle de bains etait tout à fait convenable. Le seul bémole est le manque d'isolation phonique lorsque certains touristes ne respectent pas la tranquilité des lieux.
