The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Surrounded by a lovely neighbourhood where you can explore Spanish cuisine and enjoy delicious dishes. We are very happy that we chose this apartment, five stars Host.

The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. This does however need to be looked at. Also the hot water takes a long time to get hot so was a bit of a hassle having to wait a while for the water to get hot. Nether the less, everything else was fine and would recommend it and come again. Great location in the city too so everything was near.

Le logement pour 4 personne avec 1 chambre était situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur pour y accéder. Très propre et lumineux. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis avec la chaudière qui est tombée en panne, mais le SAV contacté par whatsap a été très réactif et efficace. En moins de 3 mn ils m’ont répondu en Français et envoyé un agent technique pour réparer. Le logement est vraiment bien équipé, il y’a même du sucre, de l’huile, une éponge et du produit vaisselle fourni, ainsi que les dosette pour le lave vaisselle. Un seul petit point à améliorer pour nous serait de mettre un store ou rideau opaque à la fenêtre qui donne sur la cage d’escalier car la lumière y reste allumée toute la nuit. Et comme le mur de la chambre avec les 2 lits est vitré il y avait la lumière qui arrivait jusqu’à cette chambre toute la nuit. Cela nous a dérangé pour arriver à s’endormir. On reviendra avec grand plaisir dans ce logement lors d’un prochain séjour.

Wat een leuke accommodatie! Het is echt zoals op de foto’s. Wij waren met een gezin van vier (twee volwassenen, twee kinderen, 9 en 13 jaar). Pluspunten: locatie (op loopafstand van drie verschillende metrolijnen, ruimtelijk ingericht, supermarktjes en bakkers in de nabije omgeving. Verbeterpunt: het tweepersoons bed was niet comfortabel, in het midden was het zo doorgezakt dat we echt in een kuil lagen.

Abbiamo trovato quest’appartamento per caso su Expedia e devo dire che è stato fantastico. Molto centrale ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquillo. Nessun rumore esterno, facilità di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Internamente l’appartamento è spazioso e con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo un figlio con una disabilità motoria e l’appartamento era veramente comodissimo. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore ed il terrazzo è accessibile (non in carrozzina) e con un bellissimo panorama. Se torneremo a Barcellona sicuramente faremo di tutto per alloggiare qui. Grazie di tutto, lo consiglio vivamente

Completo, bonito y cómodo aunque ruidoso.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario, además está decorado muy bonito. La cama es cómoda y el sofá cama es amplio. La única pega son los ruidos, se oye mucho a los vecinos, las pisadas de los de arriba, el abrir y cerrar de puertas de los de al lado... Supongo que las paredes son muy finas.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr nah am Zentrum, so dass man fußläufig sowohl die Sagrada Familia wie auch den Park Güell erreichen konnte. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man für einen mehrtägigen Städteurlaub benötigt. Allerdings war es aufgrund des örtlichen Strassenverkehr nachts sehr laut so dass man kaum zur Ruhe fand. Ebenfalls ist negativ anzumerken, dass die Parkplatzsituation sehr schlecht ist und die verfügbaren freien Plätze oder Parkgaragen sehr teuer sind. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.

Well located, comfortable bed and furnishings. Good customer service. Only issue I would point out were a few loose tiles in the bedroom and bathroom which might lead to tripping and missing shampoo dispenser. Would stay again.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very large 2 bedroom apartment with room for 4 to spread out. Fantastic rooftop terrace with many seating options. Shower door has gaps on both sides, so towels needed to stop water on floor, but good pressure and lots of hot water.

No me parece bien que hasta que no se materializa la reserva no aparece el requisito del depósito de 300 euros. Cuesta como un hotel y tienes que irte a las 11.00 en vez de a las 12.00. Además hay que bajar la basura y limpiar la vajilla. Por otro lado, convendría que renovaran los colchones.

The apartment was very clean and spacious for four travelers. The rooftop patio was a nice amenity. It was very peaceful and relaxing with great views of the city. It was close to the major attractions and near Metro and bus stops. I would stay there again.

L'appartement était conforme aux photos. Très propre et en bon état. La terrasse sur le toit est top. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Barcelone : on peut se rendre super facilement un peu partout. Seul souci : nous étions dans un appartement au rez-de-chaussée, donc très sombre et humide. Bon, on venait pour Barcelone, pas pour rester à l'appartement donc on a été très content. Peut-être faudrait-il aussi prévoir des étendoirs pour les serviettes mouillées et les maillots de bain. Concernant la communication avec l'établissement, ça n'était pas très clair : est-ce qu'on devait aller directement à l'appartement ou bien passer d'abord à l'office central ? On s'en est bien sorti mais on a vu deux groupes de personnes qui n'avaient pas compris et étaient venus directement à l'appartement. Ce sont des petites choses améliorables mais on a été très content.

Refund issue

I booked and paid 38 euros for airport pick up. Confirmation received but driver no show. I have emailed and called the office a few times but no reply for refund. Second bed room too small for 2 people. No air conditioner in bedrooms.

Appartement très grand et très agréablement agencé et décoré. Bien situé à coté d'un métro. Le seul "hic", le stationnement qui n'est pas facile ou alors il faut ajouter 40 euros par jour au parking.
