Newly renovated apartment for 5 people in the center of Barcelona, 5 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia.
It has two double bedrooms, one of which is a suite, an extra bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living/dining room with double sofa bed and access to a small balcony.
The apartment has the latest technological equipment such as smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, USD sockets in every room, mirrors with touch-switch lighting as well as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fast Wi-Fi connection.
Around, you will find typical bars and restaurants, supermarkets and also the Sagrada Familia market, which is two steps away.
It is a very well connected area, both by metro (Line 2 Encants, Line 5 Sagrada Familia) and by bus (33, 34, B24, D50).
Undoubtedly, it is the perfect place to visit the city and come back home in a comfortable, bright and cozy place.

Cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, entre las cuales una es suite, un baño extra con ducha, una cocina americana totalmente equipada, un salón/comedor con sofá cama doble y acceso a un pequeño balcón.

El apartamento dispone de los últimos equipamientos tecnológicos tales como TV inteligente con Netflix y Youtube, enchufes USD en cada habitación, espejos con iluminación mediante interruptor táctil así como lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora y conexión Wi-Fi rápida.

Alrededor, encontrará bares y restaurantes típicos, supermercados y también el mercado de la Sagrada Familia, que se encuentra a dos pasos.

Es una zona muy bien comunicada, tanto por metro (Línea 2 Encants, Línea 5 Sagrada Familia), como por autobús (33, 34, B24, D50).

Sin duda, es el lugar perfecto para visitar la ciudad y volver a casa en un lugar cómodo, luminoso y acogedor.

Too many things were wrong with this "brand-new"apartment: shades didn't lower in the living room, ventilator didn't work, batteries missing for AC remote, many missing pieces of kitchenware, and one of the two bathrooms had black mold. I communicated this to the host and they came to fix the shades the next day. However, they didn't fix the rest of the issues and the shades broke again after lowering them once. Not too happy with the value for money!

Not in line with the price !!!

We were 5 people. Imagine that there was not even 5 forks in the appartment ! Just 5 plates but not of the same size...No duvet for 5...the bathroom was full of mold. I prefer stopping there...but for this price it is better to go to the hotel

Extremely small bathrooms.

The bathroom was so small we had to sit sideways on the toilet. Most importantly, there was black mold in our bathroom and no ventilation.

Apartment close to Sagrada familia

Nice apartment with very good location close to city center. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Missed a few things in the kitchen like a cutting board, silverware and plates for more than three people but it has a nice espresso machine and a good siden fridge. Cold floors so bring slippers.
