New, Clean, and neat stay in barcelona
All the staff I met was very friendly and nice. They're very helpful for everything. The breakfast was also really nice, especially their baguette was just great. I guess all of the room was newly renovated that it really looks 4 star hotel, thought the location is really far from middle of the downtown Barcelona. You need to take Renfe for about 25min,and from the nearest station it's about 20min walk, which is fine for me but if you don't like those superb, then you should avoid it. I'm sure you'd have pleasant stay if you're okay with the distance from the station and stuff.

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, but to be shortly disappointed by a room consumed by tobacco smell and a large rag shoved in the tap socket of the shower to stop a leak. We had to move rooms in the first few minutes. The second room appeared better, yet it was dusty and often not cleaned to a basic standard. E.g. mould in the fridge. Due to the digital safe malfunction, the safe provided would not open after use, we had our passports and bank cards inside. When reported, the young male receptionist had a very nonchalant attitude, he did not treat the issue as an urgency. We had to report to him consistently to remind him of the matter, he's incomptance made us lose out on 3 days of our holiday as he could not give us an expected time or date as to when the issue would be resolved. We had to wait from Sat-Mon for the maintenance man, who eventually had to use an electric grinder to open. Lastly, another male staff member (tall bald man generally in the breakfast room) often came across prejudice in comparison to hes treatment to other guests. At breakfast, despite seeing us eat on several occasions, he only stopped and shouted at us in particular for our room numbers. Yet others were greeted well and even taken to their seats. He also out others infront of us even though we were first in the queue. The only nice staff was a the young blonde receptionist who was extremely helpful when on shift. The pool was nice but deck chairs dirty and unkept.

Tilsvarer ikke 4 stjerners…det burde stå 2 stjerner… dårlig ventilasjon. Dårlig frokost buffe veldig lite utvalg. Ikke renslige dyner og seng. Anbefales ikke. Langt unna fasiliteter.

Excellent
Its nice small hotel situated in the nice suburban area. In the reception they were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to the travelers with car, other wise its about 25 km fare from the center city. Its Ideal for travelers with car, easy and self parking space available.

Todo correcto y muy limpio, habitación muy grande y cómoda. Lo único ya se nota que las instalaciones tienen unos años y en el baño por ejemplo se nota algo de falta de mantenimiento.

Solo tuvimos una incidencia;el cuarto de baño de la habitación de arriba, se averió y tuvimos que cambiarnos a otra ; el problema fue que teníamos las maletas deshechas, por lo demás, todo perfecto.
