Bright and modern apartment with terrace in the city center

  • Penthouse apartment with private terrace renovated in August 2016 with one bedroom and one bathroom located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the well-known Portal del Ángel, and next to the church of Santa Anna.



    You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.



    The lounge features a flat-screen television, dining table with chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.



    The master bedroom has a double bed.



    The bathroom has a shower.



    Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.



    The apartment does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer.



    No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



    The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
