The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, great facilities. Welcome pack was very nice too. Handy for supermarket and places to eat, overall a enjoyable break away.

We were only there for one night but the beds are very comfortable and the place was clean and spacious. Location was convenient with the metro stop nearby. So nice to have a Nespresso machine, shelf stable creamer and a large bottle of water included. We didn’t use it but washing tablets for laundry was also available.

A comfortable، clean and stylish place to stay when visiting Barcelona Excellent location as right opposite Metro station and walkable distance from Barcelona Sants۔ Nearby supermarket and Bakery All facilities good Only slight issue was، all rooms did not have same air conditioner effect as one room remained warm despite quite low settings on air conditioner

- The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials - The owner is very responsive to every email and message - Unit is spacious, safe for families and kids, and well maintained. - Laundry and luggage storage is in the building, making it very convenient and no need to venture out with laundry - 24 hour staff at building entry gives an extra comfort - Walking distance to train station, bus-stop across the road, 24-hr grocery store, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment was okay there was many maintenance issues which I had to communicate to host to have fixed which was annoying as this should be done prior to us checking in. The apartment was not cleaned as well as there was dust in many places. It was convenient for a short stay as it was in a good location , the communication with host was good and they were able to accommodate a late checkout. The cleaning needs to be improved and maintenance checks

No hot water and when emailed to advise as there is no reception it took two days to respond and then was given a hard time for not contacting other ways not really relevant in my opinion facts are facts there was no hot water and it needed attention
