Nightmare

There are so many reasons I would not recommend this place. Mainly is the response of the owner/rental company to issues. The bedroom AC never worked and it was never fixed nor options given to us. What we ended up doing was having to move the mattress every night into the living room in order to sleep. I texted and email the rental company and they basically ignored us. The shower was filty. What was promoted as a terrace was dirty and unsafe.

-staff absent - hidden/ghost costs, not disclosed upon booking - all advert is a fraud, e.g. *2 beds to accommodate 4 guests in advert, in reality there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed which is broken (one leg is off) thus not usable *advert says there is 2 bathroom, in reality there is 1 toilet and the shower in a separate small room *all sinks in the flat are clogged/not usable *light in shower room not working *kitchen furniture mostly damaged, pictures not realistic *advert title states "with terrace", there is instead no terrace at all for the guests of this apartment ----- -Personal ausente -Costos ocultos/fantasma, no revelados al hacer la reserva -Todo el anuncio es un fraude, por ejemplo: *El anuncio indica 2 camas para 4 huéspedes, pero en realidad hay 1 cama doble y 1 sofá cama roto (le falta una pata), por lo que no se puede usar. *El anuncio dice que hay 2 baños, pero en realidad hay 1 inodoro y la ducha en una habitación pequeña separada. *Todos los lavabos del apartamento están atascados/no se pueden usar. *La luz del cuarto de ducha no funciona. *Los muebles de la cocina están en su mayoría dañados; las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. *El título del anuncio dice "con terraza", pero en realidad no hay ninguna terraza para los huéspedes de este apartamento.

La verdad está bien el piso pero descuidado en algunos aspectos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no va y he visto que otros clientes se quejaron. Además el aire falta mantenimiento está sucio los filtros. El lavabo del baño está atascado. Falta las luces del espejo. Las puertas del baño no tiene tiradores ni se cierran herméticamente. Falta un poquito de cariño, ni siempre es solo ganar hay que aportar algo.

La casa ospitava 4 persone ma ci sono costi extra non indicati chiaramente nell’annuncio: oltre al prezzo sul sito, si paga una tassa di soggiorno di circa 25 a persona, e persino il check-in può comportare un sovrapprezzo. L’appartamento è in una palazzina con scale molto strette e senza ascensore, dettaglio non specificato.La posizione è tranquilla e abbastanza centrale, ma la pulizia era scarsa, un lavandino del bagno e l’aria condizionata della camera da letto non funzionavano. Considerando il prezzo, mi aspettavo molto di più: ho soggiornato in case più belle e curate a Barcellona, con la stessa agenzia e a costo simile.

De locatie is super. Er zijn veel winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in de directe omgeving. De Sagrada Familia is op een 10 minuten loopafstand. S avonds is het rustig in de omgeving. Het appartement zelf echter, laat te wensen over. De indeling is prima voor 2 personen of een gezin met kleine kinderen, maar niet voor 4 volwassenen. Het was niet schoon, ook het beddengoed niet. De airco in het slaapgedeelte werkt niet. Bij regen is er een lekkage op 2 verschillende plekken. Die lekkage is aan de sporen te zien, niet nieuw. Gelukkig zijn er 2 emmers aanwezig.

Katastrophale Wohnung

Fangen wir von vorne an. Check-in verlief Reibungslos und war in Ordnung. Danach kam das Spukhaus. Von außen sieht das Gebäude in Ordnung aus. Kaum ist man im Treppenhaus sieht es aus wie in einem Lostplace . Kaputte Stufen, Putz fällt von der Decke und mehr. Die Wohnung ist in einem dramatischen Zustand. Dort gibt es einen massiven Wasserschaden, Schimmel an der Decke und in der gesamten Duschkabine. Das Bett war Dreckig, sowie viele weitere Dinge in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist definitiv sanierungsbedürftig, weil sie förmlich auseinanderfällt. Es stinkt in der Wohnung nach altem Wasser, welches vermutlich in den Wänden ist. Wir mussten die Wohnung vor der Nutzung putzen. ShBarcelona wollte uns nur ein Putzteam vorbeischicken. Ein Putzteam kann aber keine Schäden reparieren, sodass die Wohnung wieder für Menschen bewohnbar ist. Es waren noch viele Dinge die uns aufgefallen waren. Positiv: Lage und Check-inSchade das man nur 8 Fotos hinzufügen kann
