立地はいいけど
グエル邸やランブラス通りまで非常に近く周囲にこじんまりとしてスーパーや八百屋などがあり、便利でした。 ただしお部屋が地下で窓もテラスにしか向いていない為、暗かったです。 また、洗面所はとても狭くモノを置くスペースが全くなく不便でした。

きちんとチェックしてから、予約したのに、アパートメントのエアコンは壊れていて、つかない！そのあと、違うアパートメントに変えてもらったがそこは、ネズミが出ました

対応が最悪でした
こちらがバルセロナに19時過ぎに着の飛行機だったこともあるとは思いますが、ついたら今日はここはトラブルがあって泊まれない、なので他の系列のところへ、と言われました。 こちらは場所なども考えて宿泊場所を決めているのだし、ということで責任者と話をしたいといいましたが今日は無理、とのことでしかたなく、近くの系列のアパートメントへ。 不潔ではありませんでしたが、窓もなく壁も薄い部屋でＨＰの写真をみて選んでいたらあまりの違いにびっくりすると思います。 2泊して、管理人のような人はいい人でしたが、マネージャーとは話せずじまい。料金の交渉もできず。 私は二度と泊まりませんし、台所用品がそろっているというだけであとはそこらへんの安ホテル並なのでおすすめするポイントがまったくありません。 この値段だすのだったら、星が少なくてもホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

Una vacanza comoda e senza pretese
La struttura è comodissima, a due passi da Las Ramblas, a due minuti dalla metro. Tanti locali, supermercati, e ottimi ristoranti nella piazza vicina. L'appartamento in sè necessita di manutenzione: prese rotte, una camera con finestra che da sul pozzo luce con ascensore a vista era senza tenda quindi privacy zero, letti non proprio comodissimi, la viuzza sottostante lascia un pò a desiderare in termini di sicurezza... Tuttavia la mia valutazione è positiva.

Left after one night.
This place looks nicer in the pictures than it is in person. They do the absolute minimum to make it habitable. We are a family of 5 and when we arrived there was only bedding dor 4. There was a roll away bed with a sheet but no pillow or blanket. We called the front desk and theh said it was too late in the night to provide them to us. They said there may be bedding inside the couch bed, so I lifted up the couch cushion to look, and not only was it not a hide-a-bed, it was full of scurring cockroaches. My 14 year old son slept on the portable bed with a couch cushion for a pillow and a blanket I was traveling with. The beds are rock hard and they provided one thin pillow each. No decorations to cheer up the place. Cockroaches running across the kitchen counters. We checked out in the morning, even though the booking was for several days.

Property is located within easy walking distance of Las Ramblas, 2 subway stations, and several convenience stores. The apartment is small for 6 people, but otherwise nice and has character. Biggest complaint is that only 1 room has an AC unit, and it wasn't very effective. The bedrooms were unbearably hot with no relief by opening the windows.

Had a nightmare checking in, we waited 30 mins with the owner trying to check in because our check in details hadn’t been sent even though we had sent the city tax, he didn’t have a clue which apartment we were in and no one was answering who knew. Apartment was quiet, cool with aircon and the bed was comfy but it was advertised with a balcony which we didn’t have.

This does not look like the photos. It was not clean at all. We found roaches everywhere. The water did not drain in the shower, we had only one towel each the entire stay. It ruined our trip to the area. I do not recommend. It was loud, partying all night. The beds are cots not beds.

Horrible check-in experience
The check-in process is horrible. I received an email letting me know that once I arrived I would use a code to get into the door. Once inside, you are supposed to pick up a phone that is hanging on the wall to get in touch with someone to give you the code to get your key. For over 40 minutes we tried reaching someone on that phone and noone picked up. Thankfully we ran into another guest who told us that we had to walk 20+ minutes to another location in order to check in. This was never told to me. To make matters even more interesting, there were demonstrations going on in Barcelona so we had to walk past protestors and police to find this hidden check-in location. It was scary and none of us felt safe. When I told the gal checking us in that we had been calling she said she saw us on their camera system but she was busy with someone else. Why not pick up the phone and say that? Or give us proper instructions? In addition to this, there was a notification stating that we had to take our own garbage out with us and clean the room before we left or we'd be charged a fee. We left in the middle of the night to catch an early flight and the dumpster was a block down the dark alley. I found this apartment and everything associated with it to be completely sketchy. I've never left a poor review before but I'd hate for anyone else to go through what we did. If we had had a rental car, we would have slept in that instead.

Great location, spacious and good price
Great location, a couple blocks off of las ramblas and metro 2 blocks away. The apartment was spacious. The bed could be more comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 4 nights.

We booked an apartment for 4 days, as we were a family of 4. It was excellent! The apartment was clean, it had 2 bedrooms, with one sofa bed in the living room and a single bed next to it, a small dining table for 5, a kitchen equipped with a toaster, kettle, cutlery, fridge, microwave and stove. A Television set with cable, and free Wifi! There was more than enough space for all of us. We also had an iron and a hair dryer. Good hot water in the shower! The check in and checkout were all by a phone placed in their reception, and the distance to la Ramblas was less than a minute. We had a terrific time!

Close to la Rambla, but in an area with disputed reputation. In the day no worries in the night the quaters have some shady men. Easy check in on a phone in the hallway. Lockers available to leave bags in when you've checked out. Nice flat with 2 x 2 beds and a new kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

Very disappointing stay! Avoid completely!
Room was pre-paid 2 months before arrival. It was stated on booking confirmation that there is a receptionist on duty from 9am to 6pm. However, there was nobody and we had to wait for about 1 hour before someone arrived. We were informed that the property was fully booked and we had been transferred to another property! Nobody informed us of this change at all before arrival. They had our contact details! We were being transferred just like commodities! Checking online showed that the property still has available rooms and reluctantly they allowed us to check-in. The room appeared to be smaller than that on the confirmation email. They did not compensate us monetarily for a smaller room. Room was rather run-down. It was very upsetting and disappointing to have such a bad experience. The property had a Trip Advisor sticker pasted on the front door which we felt is very misleading and inappropriate when the service is not up to standard. The management should look into such bad standards and improve themselves.

Bra läge och fin lägenhet. Men vi var typ i en källare och man kunde inte ha gardinerna uppe. Det fanns full utrustning i köket men ingen diskborste, svamp, diskställ eller handduk så det blev svårt att diska, vilket även syntes rester av från tidigare gäster. Glas odyl var smutsigt. Det var stopp i avloppet i dushen och det blev blött på golvet utan att man kunde ta bort vattnet. Det fanns ingen golvbrunn eller något att torka upp med. Det fanns ingen personal att fråga om tex diskborste eller stopp i avloppet.

Ce n’etait pas à l’adresse de la réservation. Nous avions réservé vers les Ramblas et nous avons été logé à 3 km sans aucune explication. Nous n’avons rencontré personne car nous avons été obligé d’aller chercher les clés dans un immeuble et dans une boîte à clés... donc personne en face pour obtenir des explications... même par mail personne ne réponds Je déconseille vraiment

We got apartment in the basement, ordered studio with double and single bed 35m^2, but got just double bed room around 15m^2, one spoon and fork for two persons, no soup, no cups, super small balcon without any key to get there, one window and discusting smell...

Think twice before staying here.
The photos completely misrepresented the "hotel". We got a room/big closet in the basement with no windows. The toilet wasn't working properly and the hot water tank was minimal with warning text to take quick showers so we wouldn't run out of hot water. There was no staff when we arrived and very hard to get ahold of them. A lot of people had a hard time getting into the hotel and find the right number to call. There were also people having a big party with loud music late at night. Location was very close to La Rambla and harbor. Will definitely not come back here again.

Spacious apartment close to Las Ramblas
Spacious and clean apartment close to Las Ramblas (popular street in Barcelona). Self check-in was super easy. Call for the codes and it was simple. Staff is available during certain hours during the day to assist as well. Clean, safe, large space. Nicely stocked kitchen. LOVED the natural rock on one side of the apartment. Nice shower. There would be a problem for someone who couldn’t use stairs well, though. There is also a parking garage available just around the corner for 30 Euros/day. LOTS of restaurants and nightlife in that area as well. There are even a few Flamenco dancing bars (negotiate for lower prices tickets).

Wir waren für 3 Tage da, die Rezeption war nie besetzt. Wir müssten immer bei der Zentrale anrufen wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen oder Unklarheiten hatten. Das einzige was gut war, war der Apartment sehr zentral gelegen.

Stay in Ainb when in Barcelona is a must!
As always, very very helpful friendly flexible staff. Clean tidy and very nice apartment,/studio. Absolutely price worth. Staff is amazing!

No reveption. Very noisey at night. Could not cont
We tried to leave our suitcases there at 11am , we were booked in for the night. There was no answer at a locked front door. A list of 3 contact tel numbers was usless, not one of the numbers were answered. A cleaner eventually came to the door and helped us. When we arrived later that day to check in, still nobody at receptio so a workman who was there called somebody and he gave us a key. The room/apartment was ok but the noise outside went on until 2am. The next day we wanted to leace our bags there, as described in the hotels lisings, but still nobody in sight. We had to take our bags to the airport luggage place and come back into the city. This took 2 hours of our preciou time and almost 100 euros in cost with luggage storage fees amd taxi fares. Altogethet a very stressed stay. Should not be allowed to het away with such poor service.
