The apartment was lovely, spacious but very bare. No tea towel, washing machine powder, tea, coffee etc it was very clean and secure. We did find an issue with booking in. Upon getting dropped off at the apartment address with no other instructions from the booking agency, we found it locked and had no idea what to do next. I then noticed a sign stating that we needed to walk 2 blocks up the street to a booking office. This was totally unexpected and inconvenient although the guy was very nice and helpful.
Upon leaving, he said we could leave our bags in their office all day till our flight etc. On the web site it says that the office is open 9am-11pm and he confirmed this. We turned up with full luggage in tow at 9.20am to find it closed with a sign saying ‘Back in 30 minutes” —- from when??
We then needed to lug our bags down the street to sit and wait for the office to open which was very unexpected. We were also told that the office closed at 5.
We were amused to read reviews which were 2 years old that said the same thing about booking in issue. So, does anyone from the company read the reviews?!
