Pleasant, very bright living room with SmartTV, Chromcast and Canal+ channels. Access to the balcony-terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm which can be twinned into 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm) with shower room, separate WC, television, Bluetooth speaker and desk in each bedroom. Room for sports storage and provision of 4 bicycles including 2 with electrical assistance. Hydrotherapy spa, shared swimming pool, ping-pong table, pétanque court, outdoor sauna (barrel) with paid access (see terms and conditions with the owner). This spacious apartment has been carefully renovated to offer two remarkably comfortable bedrooms. Original features, such as the terrazzo floor, have been preserved to highlight the art deco style of the house. Whether for one night or an extended stay, the facilities and attentions carefully thought out by Alain and Pascal, the owners, ensure comfort and relaxation. Just 3 km from Chambéry and easily accessible, La Porte des Alpes is the perfect base camp for exploring the diverse attractions of Savoie or for recharging your batteries during business trips. On-site, special attention is paid to the garden, equipped with a spa and a boules court, as well as high-tech equipment to ensure optimal relaxation. Electric bikes are available to facilitate travel within the city. The three village resorts of Savoie Grand Revard offer an alpine and Nordic ski area that is very popular with families and sports enthusiasts.
