This single-storey house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen with fireplace insert, two bedrooms both equipped with a 140 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also find a storage room with sink, washing machine, dryer and freezer which will also allow you to store bicycles. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a plot of approximately 700m² fully enclosed, on which there is an unoccupied outbuilding.
