L'Atelier de Dimitri: house completely renovated in 2024, ideal to enjoy the ocean and discover the island of Noirmoutier. Located in a quiet area in the first village of the Island, in Barbatre. Close to the beach and its sailing club (500m), bike paths and shops, 10 minutes by bike from the passage of Gois (famous submersible road) paradise of clam fishermen. It offers all the advantages for a relaxing stay.



The house consists of a bedroom with a bed of 160, a shower room and toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso (Nespresso), microwave, oven, toaster.

Living room with TV and free Wifi, a stove is also available (in operation only in winter)

A fully enclosed outdoor area with 2 sun loungers, a table, 4 chairs, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, a garden furniture area, a bicycle rack.

The Atelier de Dimitri is ideally oriented to take full advantage of the sunshine of the Côte de Lumière, the entrance is through the Rue des Onchères, a small street with little traffic and very quiet where parking is free.

A baby kit is available for free (cot, bath, high chair)



Bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made upon arrival.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.
