Colonial Style Reception & Bar

Close to the bus station and the CaribeTours ticket office, hammocks to lie in, selection of rums. Standard rooms with airco and hot water. Friendly staff. Barahona itself is a standard town so nothing special. It is the end of the line for express buses from Santo Domingo so easy to get to. From here guaguas into Pendernales or up to Neyba and Lake Enriquillo.

Il m'est demandé de faire des commentaires sur notre séjour dans cet hotel à Barahonas , je vais commencer par le positif ,bien situé en plein centre ville , les chambres étant dans l'arrière cour tranquillité assurée ,le gérant est sympatique et disponible ,la salle principale est agréable ,la cour tout autant mais les chaises un peu trop raides .Pour la chambre la clim fonctionnait bien et comme demandé nous avons eu une chambre à deux lits avec des couchages corrects .Maintenant les points négatifs , nous avons passés 4 nuits sur place sans que la chambre ai été nettoyée une seule fois , draps jamais changés ,une savonnette et un drap de bain pour toute la durée de notre séjour ! résultat nous étions obligés d'aller piquer des serviettes propres dans les chambres innocupées !,cerise sur le gâteau une prise électrique sur le lavabo a deux centimètres du robinet !!! ,enfin le matin café ou thé payant certes seulement 50 Pesos mais payant , ma conclusion pour moi c'est un hôtel bien trop cher pour le standing qu'il représente il nous a coûté environs 40 euros - nuit soit pour moi deux fois le prix que cela vaut .

Hotel sencillo pero agradable cerca del malecón.

Es un hotel sencillo pero bien preparado donde puedes pasar una Buena noche, queda cerca de las zonas comerciales por lo que puedes recorrer a pie la ciudad.

Nice hotel

It is a very nice hotel in a great city Barahona.. The staff despite the fact they do not speak english is very helpful, polite and pleasant. It is very clean and in the center of this great small city. The bar is awesome. It has a lot of things of the carribean culture.
