Excellent stay! It was clean, the staff restocked towels and took out trash every day while we were out on our adventures. We had no issues. Its a short (but pretty) drive to the village center, and an even shorter drive to the entrance of Acadia. Great position. For us, it ended up being slightly smaller than our needs. If it had been just my wife and I, great. But with a toddler, infant, and dog...it was a little packed. But they were super dog friendly with a caged in dog park and poop can on property. I also enjoyed the corn hole they had out for the public. If you're looking for something close to town, but not in it...somewhere you feel safe and clean and the staff are great communicators, I would strongly consider this property.
