Come and discover our village through this renovated apartment located on the heights of BANYULS-SUR-MER that we offer you.

This little air-conditioned corner of paradise will be the meeting place for your summer vacation.
Located a stone's throw from the Troc Pinel cove, and close to the Thalassotherapy center, this apartment will be the dream place for your family vacation.
With its terrace, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the calm and the sun, and outdoor meals.

Ideal for 4 people, it consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen area (filter coffee maker), a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The apartment also offers you a private overhead parking space.

Without forgetting the various wine cellars which will be happy to introduce you to new flavors.

Très bien placé loin du remous du centre mais proche à pied par un escalier assez costaud et raide. Proche de l'eau et avec une belle vue. La place de stationnement est appréciable ainsi que la climatisation et le store de la terrasse L'appartement à été modernisé, les murs sont fin ( prévoir les boules quies en fonction des voisins du seul appartement mitoyen loué) Cuisine bien equipé appartement agréable.
