Our visit to Ireland was made even better by our stay at the Seaview House Hotel. It's not your average hotel, but that was okay for us. It is surrounded by beautiful, scenic gardens. Bantry and Glengarriff are close by (5 miles) with little shops, restaurants, and boat rides available.
The people at Seaview House Hotel were very accommodating and very kind. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

Large rooms very considerate staff, food in the bar was good,no idea why this hotel only gets a three rating - I would score significantly higher than three stars. Great shopping for Irish produced clothing

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever lived in: even the curtains did not feel dirty to the touch. Nice room, large bathroom, excellent situation in the town, nice view. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, firm but not hard.
The TV in the room was rather small, but I don't watch. Did not have the opportunity to try the hotel food.
The only small drawbacks: (1) the bedside lamp is no good for reading, but that's par for the course, (2) there is no ventilation in the...

Lovely small hotel with on site breakfast bistro, full service restaurant and 2 taverns. Very close to all the shopping, restaurants and attractions that Kenmare offers. Ideal location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Older property that has been well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Parking is available on location. If it’s full, park in the adjacent gravel lot that seems to be unattached to the Lansdowne but available for anyone to use.

A lovely boutique hotel experience. Couple stayed in a King room; adult children stayed in a Twin room. Spacious, clean rooms; clean bathrooms; sauna-like showers with provided shampoo/conditioner/soap; earplugs (for noisy roommates); pleasantly firm beds and pillows (amazingly comfortable); beautiful continental and warm to-order breakfast options in a calm, quiet space. Gracious, accommodating staff. We felt warmly welcome and calm.

This was my second visit to the Park. My only regret is not coming back sooner.
This isn’t a modern hotel but one that has old world charm and a service staff that is second to none.
The other secret to this wonderful establishment is the cuisine. I have traveled the world and have eaten at quite a few Michelin Star restaurants; the Parks dinning experience is far superior to any.

Great place, would definitely recommend staying there. The owner gave us great local information for our travel from there to cork and where to stop along the way.

Salmon Falls was lovely, we were a little sad to only be spending one night there (we drove a big loop through Ireland, so jumped between several hotels). They were very warm and inviting and friendly. Our room was comfortable and huge, could've fit multiples of some of the other rooms in it, particularly the bed was comfortable. The delicious breakfast is especially not to be missed.
