Todo muy bien como siempre! Un boutique hotel con encanto y restaurante con buena cocina. La camarera de piso super amable y el camarero del restaurante muy simpatico.

The fact that the room they gave to us ,was unclean and you could see old spider webs on the seeling,it's enough by it self. But also the drains smell really bad . We found spoons with dirt on them. They seem to be there for long time .some sheets had holes in them!!!

中心部のインフォメーションから至近距離で分かりやすい位置にあります。一番安い部屋は屋根裏部屋となりますが、広いし、眺めも良くて快適でした。専用駐車場はありませんが、インフォメーション横に夜間無料のスペースがあり、そこに停められます。オフシーズン時の朝食が9：00－10：00と短いのが欠点ですが、頼めばボックスランチを用意してもらえます。

A pleasant stay.

I have rated the hotel not the restaurant. Our deal was half pension with parking. The carpark is underground, some distancefrom the hotel and once in, the car stayed as we couldn't access it without a staff member. Our room was large enough for a settee but had little storage space. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful but the restaurant manager was not. He brought me the wrong food and was very resentful when I suggested that he had made a mistake. We hade choices from a small set menu and this became boring after 2 days. Overall it was apleassnt stay.

In the centre of town 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Pleasant small hotel, would use again if in the area. Cooked to order breakfast. Arrived too late for the evening meal but will not make that mistake next time! Excellent WiFi signal. Friday night was quiet in October maybe may be an issue in the peak season.

バスターミナルと町の中心の真ん中にあるブルガリアの民家風のホテル

町の広場に面しているホテルです。バスターミナルから徒歩10分くらい。部屋も木造でブルガリアの 昔の作りになっています。 朝食が8時以降ということで、朝早い出発を考えている場合は注意した方がよいです。

hübsches Hotel direkt im Altstadtkern

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Altstadtkern von Bansko. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - alles rustikal und im ursprünglichen Stil der Gegend. Unser Zimmer war groß, geräumig und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Einzig negativ war das dazugehörige Restaurant. Mit der Buchung des Zimmers hatten wir automatisch auch Halbpension gebucht. Für die Hotelgäste gab es eine separate Karte mit ein paar vorab ausgewählten Gerichten. Das für die Hotelgäste angebotene Essen war sehr schlecht. Wenn man die Gerichte am Nachbartisch gesehen hat (der Gäste, die a la Carte bestellt haben und keine Hotelgäste waren), konnte man kaum für möglich halten, dass es aus einer Küche kommt. Somit haben wir fast jeden Abend auswärts gegessen - was natürlich ärgerlich ist, da man ja Halbpension bereits bezahlt hat. Zum Frühstück gab es auch eine reduzierte Karte (kein Obst, Joghurt etc.) und jeweils nur ein Heißgetränk. Für die jeweilige Zubereitung der Speisen mussten wir sehr lange warten (Auf einen Pancake haben wir mindestens 35 Minuten gewartet, obwohl wir beim Frühstück oft die einzigen Gäste waren.). Außerdem war das Restaurantpersonal während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts durchgehend unfreundlich. Wir können das Hotel von der Lage, der Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Zimmergröße wirklich sehr empfehlen - die Halbpension kann man jedoch kaum in Anspruch nehmen.

C'est une belle surprise ! L'hôtel et le restaurant font partie du même proprietaire. La chambre est très propre , et j'y suis restée deux nuits, le repos est compris dans le prix. La cuisine est très bonne .

Momini Dvori na początku stycznia

Hotel położony w centrum Bansko, dość daleko od wyciągów, ale oferuje transfer. Pokoje bardzo ładnie urządzone. W hotelu znajduje się tradycyjna bułgarska Mechana (restauracja) z grillem i dobrym jedzeniem, ale dość powolną obsługą.

A peaceful Bansko hotel

A lovely hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and right in the centre of the town.But not noisy as not on a main road so little traffic. Traditional style of decor with a lot of wood carvings and wood furniture in rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and many speak English. The room was very spacious and airy with good hot shower and cleaned every day. Good selection of food on the menu and you could also choose from the tavern menu and get a 10% discount. Very good portions and all prepared fresh for you when you ordered. Traditional Bulgarian food as well as European and catered for lacto-vegetarians. Wine and beer local and very good. Suitable for couples and families. No lift all stairs though. Sauna and massage available on request, pay extra. We would stay there again and recommend it to others

Authentic Bulgaria right in a modern ski resort

Very pleasant surprise, I was looking for a cheap place to sleep & feed during a ski vacation with my young children, and made this lucky choice on the Internet. On arrival we found this older, rustic but comfortable and well-decorated inn, with loads of atmosphere and decent food, excellent local beer and live old-fashioned music. The kids were enchanted and I well pleased. Amazing value.
