While perfect for the warm weather we had it seems like it could be chilly and dim during a Portland winter. 「Apart from two days of hot water running not so hot, so having taken two semi-cold shower, the place was good for someone not so sensitive to noises. Agreeing with the other reviews, you do hear people nextdoor talking clearly. The water pressure and water temperature need quite an improvement. Other than that, staff was friendly, checkout was a breeze. They do charge $50 per night as incidental deposits, in case it's not been mentioned. 」
