Other things to note
• Please note that the house is located at 4th Floor Walk-up. Elevator is not present in the building.
• Power shutdown is extremely rare but if happens, the generator is available for your convenient stay. Only refrigerator and AC won’t work during this time period. Other than that, light and ceiling fans will work as normal.
• Water won’t be functioning during the power cut-off but again, this rarely happens and electricity returns before 12 hours max.
• Maximum Occupancy is 6 at a time.
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 11:00 AM
• Smoking, drugs or any kind of tobacco use is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You are not allowed to host any events or parties during your stay.
