Oh dear. Where do I begin?
Check-in: Guy at front desk had a perpetual frown when we checked in as if he was bothered by our arrival/presence. I asked to see the room first upon check-in before taking my luggage upstairs. Good to stay.
I book Zen Hotel, but they change me to My Hotel. Zen Hotel look not so clean, I went to Zen Hotel, counter, heard some customer complaints no Aircon & water slow, luckly they send me to My Hotel.
