Fake reviews. Not well maintained

All the reading reviews must be fake. It is very unlikely that a real person wrote "steps away from the metro" after experiencing the 20 minute walk along a smelly canal in an uneventful part of town. Property is not well maintained. You get what you pay for and for the price it's decent, but I wouldn't come back

No regulations to guard against guests. Some guests in group came back very late at night, say after midnight turned on the room ligting, emitting noise of opening the boxes for storage and talking loudly. Even on bed, they talked loudly and one more thing was the bed light was too bright.
