When I arrived I was told that the rooftop pool and the gym were closed due to renovation. It was not previously disclosed to me and the hotel and Expedia would do nothing about it. No refund, no discounts, nothing. The gym and pool pictured were the reason I booked here. The front desk told me they gave me an upgrade on my room which consisted of a round bed with lights on the ceiling. Not happy at all. Especially with Expedia!

Welcome to the cockcoach home. I stayed 5 nights and killed 19 cockcoach and even found one under the pillow. All facilities are available but you won't wanna use them. No maintenance and torn .

The pictures on the website are just giving false advertisement. Very dirty hotel, disgusting pool, no bar lr restaurant upstairs like advertised. Overall just not okay the experience

The place it’s a bit rundown. The pictures online makes it look beautifully but the reality is a bit different. They said there is a bar in rooftop but really it was just a cooler with drinks in it. Also the staff were having drinks and dinner on the patio roof one night and left it there without cleaning it. The next morning when we went to use the pool, the table looked gross with left over food and bottles of beer and cigarette butts everywhere. I asked the front desk if they could clean it as it looked and smelled bad. It took them 5 hours for someone to come and cleaning it. Quiet disappointed.

Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Schlafzimmer zu klein, nicht so wie in der Beschreibung.Laminat zum Teil kaputt. Safe auch nach zweimaligem Anfragen nicht funtioniert. Fürs Frühstück ging es durch eine Verbindungstür ins China Restaurant. Für uns Europäer absolut ungenügend. Nur Toastbrot und Croissant aus der Plastiktüte. Keine Konfitüre, nur Butter und ein Peanutaufstrich.Kein Käse,kein Aufschnitt. Kaffee war okay. Dachterrasse nicht so wie im Beschrieb, lieblos, fast keine Pflanzen, keine Sonnenschirme. Veraltet. Lage des Hotels war gut.

Schlechtes WLAN, kaltes Wasser

Wer zuverlässigen Internetzugang benötigt, sollte hier nicht bleiben, trotz zweimaliger Reklamation blieben beide WLANS instabil, brachen ab und ermöglichen keine schnellen Verbindungen. Ferner gab es kein warmes Wasser, und auch wenn Bangkok warm ist, ist Duschen mit 22 Grad Wasser nicht komfortabel. Toilettenpapier gibt es auf Nachfrage, Handtücher mal ja, mal nein. Ansonsten landesübliche Mittelklasse.
