水回りの古さは否めませんが、広いモダンな部屋でコストパフォーマンスも高く、ついついリピートしてしまいます。周辺には24時間営業のスーパーマーケット（Food Land）やコンビニ、多くのレストランがあります。駅からは距離がありますが、トンロー通り（ソイ55）に出れば、赤バス（8バーツ）が走っていますので、BTSトンロー駅やペップリー通り（センセーブ運河）のどちらにもアクセス可能です。セキュリティ面は少々心配で、レセプションはホテル入口左手の別棟内のため、宿泊者以外でも簡単にホテルへ入れそうです。一応、レセプションのモニターで防犯カメラの映像が出ていましたが...部屋のドアはカードキータイプでオープンエアにありますが、閑静なエリアになりますので、特に音が気になる事はありません。ただし部屋の清掃は、ドアを全開にして行うため、どうしても蚊が入っており、日々格闘になります。殺虫スプレーが必須かと思います。

One of the best place I have ever stayed in Thailand, it is quiet, clean, very welcoming, aside from being a hard place to find even for the taxi driver I loved my stay at this place, I recommend this place to everyone that is going there to relax and do not care about all the other things like nana plaza, for me I wanted to visit and relax, and that place was the place for that, being away from all that noise and being close to the BTS station made it a lot more fun and practical. The staff is awesome and very helpful, you will not regret your stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights in August 2019 with my daughter, sister and nephew. Smaller hotel overall that I thought, 4 floors with 4 rooms on each. Location was alright, quiet area, few restaurants and a supermarket in the shopping center next door. Quite a distance away from touristy places, but only 15 minute walk to sky rail, so we used that. Seems like it was recently renovated, but not to the best standard. Bed was quite soft, not for me personally. Aircon worked well, shower head was small and didn’t have much pressure. Breakfast was ok, small continental offerings with cooked eggs and chicken sausages aswell. Staff were nice but hard to converse with as their English is not the best. Overall it was alright and cheap, so it suited us.

6日間連続で宿泊しました。冷房はききましたし、ドライヤーも使えました。トイレの水もしっかり流れましたが、シャワーが横にあり、工夫しつつあまりお湯を出さないようにと思いながら使いましたが、シャワーしたあとはトイレまで水浸しになります。バスローブはやぶれていたり、タオルもあまり清潔感がなかったです。シーツもかえてくれていませんでした。（同じところにシミ）スリッパも汚いです。掃除はあまりできていなかったように思いますが、安いこともあったので、こんなもんかという感じに思っています。

Meine Tochter und ich haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool sah nicht einladend wie auf den Fotos des Hotels aus. Frühstück wird angeboten, aber mehr schlecht als recht. Wer sich den Königspalast und co ansehen möchte, muss mind. 40 min mit dem Taxi für eine Strecke rechnen. Also Sightseeing von dortaus nicht zu empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeit und gute Essensstände. Das einzige Plus gibt es für die Angestellten-super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde aber nicht nochmal buchen dort.

修復工事の為、写真の通りではなかった。室内の設備が古く、1泊目から天井エアコンから大量の水漏れで床が水浸しになり旅行バックが濡れましたので部屋変え、２つめの部屋はトイレが詰まり修復に来てもらいました。バンコクではトイレットペーパーは流すのが危険と予備知識があったので流していませんでしたにもかかわらず詰まったので不衛生でした。スタッフは英語堪能ではないものの親切な方ばかり。

A quiet place on Thonglor

The Nantra Retreat & Spa is located on a quiet street off of Thonglor in an area with an excellent selection of restaurants with close proximity to the BTS (Sky train). The rooms are spacious, modern and simply decorated. The beds are new and bedding is of good quality. The 'Retreat' has some issues with maintenance that are visible on arrival, but which can be overlooked because the overall ambiance is pleasant. However, there are 3 areas in need of immediate attention, numerous bulbs in the overhead lighting were not working making the room quite dim, the hot water did not work for the 2 days I was there and some ill mannered person has been damping their cigarette butts in the potted plants for a long time. These are unfortunate problems because the pool and courtyard are quite pleasant and the staff are very friendly.

トンローエリアにあり、立地は非常に良いです。ソイを若干入るのでトンロー通りの騒音もさほど気になりません。部屋も広くて快適です。

値段相当のホテル

チェックイン時に、インターネットが繋がらずクレジットカード決済が出来なかった。現金で支払いをしたが領収書も出てこない。結局、後日送付してもらうことで解決したが・・・。 ルームクリーニングは、滞在中に一度も無かった。２泊だったのでタオルは何とか足りたが・・・・。 WIFIも繋がらない。トイレのシャワーから水は漏れていた。 もう少しメンテナンスをしたら快適に（気分良く）過ごせると思う。 朝食は開店前に出発したので食べていないが、レストランのエアコンから滝のように水が落ちていた。 値段重視の方には向いているのかもしれないですね。。

Try to avoid it

Construction is ongoing. So it's impossible to have quiet time. WiFi is almost never working in room. So one is forced to be downstairs, in the middle of the dirt and lack of privacy of all the construction. Door security card malfunctioned. Check out demanded 100 baht penalty due to their instigated lateness. Staff rude, shouting for more money. Horrible experience
