Great overall facilities, excellent staff and service. Restaurant service and food was great. Shower design allowed for too much water to get onto the marble floors and lighting in the bathrooms wasn't sufficient, but otherwise the room was great.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The esthetics are so beautiful and well thought out. I love the presentation for the drinks served, even the welcome drink is serves with a twist and a cute key. Special Thank You to Arm and Antonio they both went above and beyond to assist us. They made our first trip to Bangkok so memorable. I must say that ALL of the staff was very kind!

The interior is too dark, the ambience is creepy, the carpet has an unpleasant smell. The room looks old and very dark, the air con was loud with a slight unpleasant smell. The wardrobe knob was loose and fell down as soon as we tried to open the wardrobe door. The worst of all, they were cockroaches in the toilet. Definitely NOT what I expected with the price I paid in Bangkok.

Well worth visiting, great staff and quality

Fantastic hotel, run by excellent staff. It may seem a little dated but very much in a charming way. The breakfast was really good and varied for a hotel buffet. The only downside is that it is somewhat more expensive than many others, and if you're using it primarily as a base, that could be significant.

This is a place very well worth staying at. I stumbled into this place as the place I canceled my reservation up the street from Hotel Muse was in a nasty condition. The inside of Hotel Muse is very elegant, very classy, the rooms are as well! The hotel even has it's own rooftop bar.
