Had to wait for 15 mins at checkin for my room to be ready. They offered complimentary breakfast as an apology which was appreciated. The breakfast itself was underwhelming - definitely not to the standard of a 5 or even 4 star hotel. So i was glad i didnt have to pay. The room was spacious and clean.

Clean, spacious. Great amenities (although i never figured out how to use the stove). Bed is a little hard, if that is important to you. Staff is lovely. Gym is surprisingly good and well thought out. There even is a smith machine. Breakfast is not expansive, but the staff make some very nice egg dishes

This very clean, quiet and friendly place was a respite from busy Bangkok! We were made to feel very welcome with a special birthday surprise and outstanding service whenever we entered the lobby. The two bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The walk to public transport was easy (even with kids), and also close to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay!

We stayed at GM Estate for 6 nights. The property is new and modern, but overall the experience was underwhelming for a longer stay. The family suite was spacious, with a huge bathroom, but lacked basics like salt and pepper, a tea towel, drying rack, Fairy. We appreciated the travel cot and high chair, but they weren’t set up despite being requested in advance - which was annoying. The gym is a good size with a decent range of equipment. Breakfast was fine if you’re staying for 2–3 days, but for longer stays it was poor—same limited options daily, no decaf coffee, and no local fruit like mango. Tan and Lukkate were especially polite and helpful, though some staff were overly strict (e.g. not allowing us to take a banana, despite having paid for breakfast). Housekeeping was inconsistent—bins weren’t always emptied, towels not replaced, and floors not properly cleaned. Wi-Fi was a major frustration: it kept disconnecting across all devices and required constant re-login. Management tried to help, but the issue persisted. Reception and security staff were excellent—friendly, helpful with luggage, and ensured taxis pulled up close. However, the nearest BTS is a 10min walk (in Bangkok’s heat, that’s not a comfortable stroll ), and the hotel is a few streets from sleazy massage parlours—something families should be aware of. In conclusion, we wouldn’t return for a long stay.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel chaleureux et sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service et à répondre à nos demandes. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et très confortables, offrant un cadre idéal pour se détendre. L’hôtel lui-même est somptueux, avec des espaces élégants et bien entretenus qui inspirent immédiatement le calme et la sérénité.
