My room had a moldie smell and the drain in the shower was clogged, so all the water stayed there for like 30 minutes. But the stuff was very friendly.

Overall it was a good stay, and nice breakfast. Two downsides tho, the nearest public transportation is just the boat, else you need to either walk or take grab/taxi, and the shower water pressure is too low.

nice hotel but....

hotel was so nice. hotel staff was also nice.but chinese guest was awful. they were very noisy and they don't have manner. they have own rules.

staff did not speak any english. They called the room 11 a clock and told us to check out, even though check out time was at 12. cheap stay but far away from everything. They helped us printing some documents which was really kind.

It was a decent short stay. Room was spacious and clean. Shower works well. Breakfast not fantastic but acceptable. Good place for simple non-fussy travellers. Wifi not too bad but still not too fast.

Basic rooms with great value

I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my partner for our 4 days stay in Bangkok. The exterior of the hotel looks new and modern, and their staffs were friendly too. Decent service from the staff (most of the staff members are able to converse in basic English) and great security. Hotel rooms were not very spacious but pretty clean. (Except for the bathroom, the overall hygiene and cleanliness could be better) There's a 7-Eleven located right opposite the hotel lobby, and a row of local restaurants within the area. For the kind of price, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Overall it was a great experience. The downside: Although the hotel provides free wifi, the connection wasn't too good. The room service wasn't great as you have to personally request the staff to clean your room. You are required to drop your keys in the concierge. The location isn't strategic as it's located far from the city centre, public transportation and accessibility might be a problem.

They don't disturb you if you don't say anything, if you want cleaning then should ask. Place was clean and food was delicious! Must order breakfast!! Everybody were friendly. Not so central, but busstop is about 800m and taxi to center is 130-150bahts. Totally recommend and see you guys next time! Thanks!

Nice studio but far from attractions

We booked one night in a studio that was nice but bathrooms are of a 2 star standard. The real problem was the staff that doesn't speak a word of english when we arrived. Next day we wanted to extend but they offered us another room which was far below standard and more expensive, so we checked out. One of the morning staff was helpful and spoke a little English. But in general you get no help if u need any information. On the night we arrived we tried to find a restaurant to eat but the only available was a local one who insisted on giving us a menu with no prices and he said he would tell us the price verbally so we left. I can't recommend it for tourists who want to be close to main attractions. The studios once again are nice if u don't mind the location and don't need help from the staff.

Ok hôtel but too far...

Hôtel was fine for the price, there's à free parking, but there's not much services around. you need about 20 to 45 min by Taxi to get to the attractions. You will pay mire in Taxi than for the room...
