Very convenient location (within 5 min walk from train station), nice colonial-like room & front entrance decor, a big window-side bathtub was superb. The bed was soft and comfy. Room temperature control and light switch was easy on the touch screen by the bed.
On the other hand, the TV in my room was broken (didn’t bother to call to fix), the toilet seat was dirty (I could see the stains from previous visitors, perhaps traveler from mainland), and inconvenience of finishing the toilet and going to the other side of the room to wash hands. I also wish they had a bath salt as an amenity for the bathtub (standard for 5-star hotel). Rooftop bar and their food was great, easy on my stomach after all spicy food in Thai local restaurants.
The price was deep discounted for the class of the hotel, which compensates all the negatives and will repeat again.
