Why I as for queen bed and single bed . But they book me on a 2 single bed and also why the rate in ph.hotel.different . I ask for additional bed they charge me 15 Brunei dollar for 3 night and also I pay 61 Brunei dollar additional for one night in other hotel if you are book in ph. Hotel or agoda the rate are the same . . Not nice for me for booking online on ph. Hotel !!! In trader in hotel we book to agoda the rate are the same online rate . We have also additional one night the rate same.

The condition and cleanliness is really poor.. despite all these they gave me a free ride to the airport upon check out! Hopefully things can improve there.

Well that was my first time being Brunei unfortunately the hotel was not as clean as supposed to be and I spoke to the manager and I believe they were in the middle of renovation the hotel and hopefully next time they will do better
