Our no-motor boat lake makes for clean & safe swimming, kayaking or canoeing. The area around the dock is clear of weeds and about 6 ft at the end of the dock with a sandy soil bottom. Minutes to the nearest ATV/Snow mobile trails. Yoga & massage available at Grail Springs Spa across the lake.

HOUSE RULES:
Long weekends require a minimum of 3 nights booked.
Summer Rentals: Require minimum 7 day rental Fri-Fri.
House must be left in the same condition as found. All sheets, towels and garbage must be taken with guests upon departure. Local dump is open FRI,SAT,SUN,MON. Please do a sweep through and make sure any messes are cleaned before leaving. Additional cleaning time required for messes left behind will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. $20 fee will be charged per garbage bag left behind.
Local bon fire bylaws must be monitored and followed. No wood/plant debris on the property is allowed to be used for fires.
Not suited to parties or noisy groups.
