"Checked in after arrival and spent two nights! Hotel is very nice, rooms very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide variety of food available. Meals in the restaurant for dinner were equally as good ordering off the menu so never left the hotel until we checked out. If you need a hotel either upon arrival or prior to departure from Bangkok then this hotel is perfect choice and is highly recommended! I will definitly use again!!"

"The staff was amazing. The lroperty is well designed and clean. The one issue was water leakage. I was on the 29th floor and my room had water leaking from the wall. My friends room, down the hall, had water leaking from the AC vent. To their defense, we were hit with a major wind and rain storm while there, which damaged the rooftop pool area. I think the water leak may have been caused by the storm. Staff was quick to respond and clean uo the water. Didn't have any othe rissues. Breakfast was fantastic. The area is close to 2 shopping malls, walking distance. That was convenient because i found some great food and some clothing. The local street shops have a lot to offer at very low prices as well. There is also a 7-11 in front of the hotel, on the road, so that was super convenient. Nice staff in 7-11 as well. "
