Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. "An amazing stay. The kindest and most helpful staff I've experienced while in Chiang Mai, by far. Perfect rooms, very clean, with great amenities. The location, directly on Walking Street, could not be better. The weekend night market is outside your doorstep, so you can pop in and out to grab things with ease. I lost an important item and one of the gentleman concierge helped me look for it several different times. I received an email in the morning that it was found, which saved my entire trip! I have already extended, and likely will again."
