THE APARTMENT
Experience the warmth of our 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment nestled in a historic Charles Village row home, replete with original hardwood flooring and large windows.

This apartment can house up to 6 guests: the main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The bathroom has two access doors, making access convenient from all spaces.

Check-in is hassle-free with our self check-in system. Extended stays are possible, and terms can be negotiated with the property owner.

SHARED SPACE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared fenced backyard during the spring, summer, and fall months. Additionally, a sizeable basement area housing a washer and dryer is available for guests' use at no extra charge.

PARKING
There is free street parking in front of the building. Please make sure to read the signs to ensure you're in compliance.

I had a really terrific 3.5 month stay in this second floor apartment. The back deck overlooks a schoolyard, with trees, kids, and neighbors — though recess is limited to about an hour in the middle of the day. I really enjoyed sitting there with my coffee. The windows of the master bedroom are filled with a beautiful Japanese maple. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable, with lots of amenities nearby. I found most everything I needed for a comfortable stay waiting for me. The owner is very easy to communicate with and super responsive. I love that she accepts pets.
