airport shuttle was excellent above exaptation, nice property, people. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean. Bath sink had no stopper to collect water. Breakfast coffee didn’t have cream because attendant said there was no creamers. No cereal. Orange juice dispenser only gave water. Breakfast eggs, sausage and potatoes needed to be heated in microwave to make them palatable.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, excellent attention by staff, easy and fast shuttle from and to airport, overall great one night stay. Left too early in the morning to get breakfast.

Great room, bathroom worked normally. Good breakfast. Shuttle to airport left on time and worked well. I could not find the phone number of hotel readily on Expedia website. So I could not call hotel to arrange shuttle. Then I took a ride with a friend who was ready to go, so it worked out.

Highly recommend if youre in town for a Orioles game.The shuttle guys made us feel like VIP this was a great stay !! Room , Hotel, staff and all very satisfied !!

Went to desk to say our bathroom light was out told us maintenance had left. Said we would have to deal with it. They would see if had another room when everyone checked in. Never rectangular call. Call Corporate to complain said nothing they could do. Heard roosters crowing. He said sorry working from home.

My last experience here was better than this time around. Only experience 1 attendant with professionalism and courtesy. My room was not up to par and the chair had a lot of stains on it.

I didn’t get to basically view the property cause ai didn’t stay. I booked a room online and paid for it. When I got there 15 minutes later they said they didn’t have the room available that I chose. Had to go to another hotel

We arrived close to midnight and I was concerned that would be an issue but we were able to check right in with great help. I had made the reservation only a few hours before when we were on the road and our usual stay, Embassy Suites, was double the usual rate so I figured I would try to save on cost since it was already going to be an expensive weekend eating out, games, etc. We rented the one bedroom suite as we prefer a separate bedroom. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been cleaned as there were fresh linens on the bed but there was an opened soda bottle on the kitchenette counter and some fried food crumbs on the floor next to the bed. The AC was really cold at night which we love but the pull out bed did not have any pillows or additional blankets other than the bed sheets that were on it. The main bed was not very comfortable (and I don't mind hard beds). There was a large continental breakfast, although we did not take part in but it smelt great. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was convenient and worked for our purpose of going to an Os game and visiting family but I will pay the extra and stay at our usual spot next time.

Room was rather worn. One of the pictures had broken glass. Lots of dings in the walls. TV took 5 seconds to go to the next channel. However, it was very clean and the staff was good. Good water pressure in the shower.

Main entrance bulbs was fused, no proper breakfast at 8:30 AM left , when asked lady she said we are finished already and only some bagel and some apples left for vegeterian option. No Cereals or milk at all

Check in was satisfactory. Upon entry to my room, there was a Fleck of something on the carpet . There was also a curly hair stuck to the bathroom wall, which was disgusting. The switch plates and fixtures are old and yellow and dingy looking. The dresser furniture is very short like that of what a handicap accessible would look like. The toilet is also very low to the floor. The lobby coffee urn was empty at 8:30 AM and the breakfast dining area had very few choices for breakfast . I cannot speak for all rooms here at the country Inn and suites but the one I’m in needs updating. I checked out on 3/29/24. I’m due a partial refund.

The staff was great but there was a smoke smell coming from my vent the whole weekend that gave me a headache. My bathroom wasn’t cleaned well; there was hair on the shower rim and product on the shower floor and walls. I also had electrical issues with the TV and one of the lights.

The "continental breakfast" was bare minimum, the staff clearly did not want to be there, and the hair dryer and coffee machines in the room were inoperable. Overall, it was a sad stay.

It's obvious that the hotel is an older property, being renovated a kept clean and updated. Proximity to BWI is awesome. Comfy beds. The A/C is not the most modern, and thunks as it goes on/off. Lots of hot water. Some narks of damafe to some of the furniture have been repaired as good as possible. I would come back.
