Very good hotel, well located, breakfast was delicious, service excellent

Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town. I arrived on an early ferry from Helsinki and through I would just drop off my bags for the day as check in and a at 3:00 pm and it was 11:00 am. Kristi, the Head Concierge, is the best! I needed to make floral arrangements for a funeral on a Sunday when all shops were closed- and Kristi was able to leverage her contacts to get a beautiful bouquet to the service. Excellent location, literally few steps from beach. Didn't fell crowded, although was fully booked. Good breakfast. Restaurant a bit pricey but food is good.

Very good hotel with aquapark, very close to the castle and with excellent breakfast.

This hotel is great! It’s a perfect location . The spa facilities are great. My only complaint it that the carpet seems old . In the main halls and in the room. Otherwise the breakfast and staff are fantastic. Great property. We definitely will go back .
