Enjoy this gorgeous lakefront property with views of all 3 islands. Plenty of sleeping space with lake views from every room: room 1 king, room 2 bunk bed queen bottom/twin top, room 3 2 queen beds, & downstairs living room pullout couch (sleeps 2 adults or 3 children).

Spread out with an upstairs and downstairs living room both with fireplaces, a game room with a pool table, an office with hi-speed internet, plus a large kitchen with an expansive island (seats 6), and dining space (seats 8).

Apart from the main house is a 3-season porch with floor to ceiling windows that includes 2 pull out beds (sleeps 3), full bath, fireplace, and a spacious gaming area with darts & board games. This space is available June 1 - Oct 1.

Outdoors you'll enjoy private lakefront access, a dock, a boathouse deck with amazing views - great for large groups, a gas grill, bonfire pit, and a pickleball court. There is an outdoor shower if you'd like to rinse off after your lake time fun.

This retreat has a long driveway with plenty of parking, including access to the garage (2 stalls). Plus, it's 2 doors down (5 min. walk) from Balsam Lake Lodge where you can enjoy live music and a full bar/restaurant right on the water. The marina with gas is next door. Downtown Balsam Lake with bars, restaurants, and coffee/ice cream shops is 1.5 miles away.
