Garbage rules / no littering - Our property manager will take care of bringing the garbage cans down to the road on Wednesdays and returning them on Thursdays. Please throw out all garbage using the bagged garbage cans located both inside and outside the house. Inside the garage there are 3 regular garbage cans and 1 recyclable garbage cans. All garbage must be thrown out in garbage bags into the garbage cans. Bags are supplied and available, they are located inside the kitchen pantry. — No parties allowed - this is VRBO policy.

No ATVs or loud vehicles allowed.

No pets allowed (Message if you have service animals.)
For small animals there may be exceptions.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house

No food or beverages allowed on the 2nd floor

You will be held accountable for any broken or damaged property. You must report all damage to host.

The house was fabulous. The owner was very responsive to address, what were truly, very minor items. All eleven of us thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at the house. Could not have asked for better accommodations.

Our son was getting married at The Mansion at Saratoga and we wanted a close accommodation for a large number of people (14) and this was only 7 minutes away! The house was beautiful and nicely decorated and Matthew, the host, was very responsive to questions and requests. The pool (which he had heated to 75 degrees for us as it was a little cool) and hot tub were enjoyed and the property is lovely. Of all the houses we have stayed in, this kitchen was the best stocked with pots/pans, dishes, spices and seasonings, etc. While there were beds enough for 14, though, it wasn't exactly a 7 bedroom as one "bedroom" was the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and another "bedroom" was a room between the kitchen and dining room that was open to both with no curtains or dividers to make the "bedroom" private in any way. Our teenage grandchildren were willing to stay there but were not happy because they like to sleep later and could hear the people who got up earlier in the kitchen and living room. The barbecue grill worked great. There was lots of seating space and we very much enjoyed staying here. Matthew was a great host. Thank you, Matthew!

14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!

Property was great, easy to get an Uber anywhere we needed, we enjoyed our stay. One negative the light in the bedroom on the first floor was not working.

When entering the home everything was clean and smelled refreshing. Our party was going to arrive about an hour before check in and the propert manager was responding promptly; and worked with us for an early check in. There was more than enough room and the kitchen was great, we purchased supplies we didn’t need because the home had it available. A+ Expierence between amenities and communication. Will look to book again next year and years to come

Fantastic stay. The property is awesome. Group of 15 for track and golf weekend but this would work for any large group/family outing etc. Backyard pool, furniture, bbq, and grounds are even better in person. Spacious indoors to sleep comfortably and plenty of room to hang out. Parked 5+ cars. 10 min drive to track, downtown, golf etc. but well worth it for the peace and quiet/backyard space. Open communication with host. In short, book it.
